By far the best premium burger place in Abbotsford. Conveniently located. Staff are always very nice. Food always tastes fresh. You will pay more then going to a fast food place but its well worth the extra money in my opinion.

i went on mt. lehman branch yesterday and the place is not busy.
i ordered my food eventhough they dont have the other foods that i want.
while they were preparing the food that i have ordered they caught my attention because they were busy talking to each other on their own language.
looking at them they were touching the the buns, the veggies and cheese using their hands and while their preparing the food they even touch their hair and ears and touch the doors and rags/wipecloth.
i wanted to cancel my order that time but i was just on my break and on i dont have anymore time to go to other store to buy food.
that is why im leaving this review so other people would be aware how they prepare the food at fatburger mt. lehman branch.
next time i will take a video so people can really see what is really happening in their kitchen.

Fatburger Coquitlam should go to Highstreet Fatburger and give them a cooking lesson.They never heard of spices to give some taste, very tasteless, we'll Never go to the Highstreet FATBURGER ever again, we gave ya 2 chances and both times "Failed" GOODBYE,

Generally we love Fatburger; we don’t eat it very often because well, let’s be honest, it’s a gigantic burger; this time not loving it so much. The burgers were soggy, the onion rings were soft and cold, they tried to serve the milk shakes without the whip cream and they were melted, soft and barely even cold. I expect things to be slightly less than fresh when you pre order for pick up but this was terrible. When you spend as much as you would for a real sit in restaurant burger, you expect the same quality. Very disappointed.

Based on my visits to Fatburger Langley and Fatburger East Abbotsford, I have pretty high expectations of any Fatburger, especially considering the elevated prices.This is my first visit to this Fatburger and it does not measure up.It's understaffed and the staff are not trained in good customer service, as to basic politeness.They were out of romaine lettuce and at least 3 wings sauces. The soda machine's ice dispenser and water dispenser were broken. The syrup of the Coke Zero and the soda were both weak. The wings were tasty and well sauced, but just on the warm side of cold. The burger was fine, but not excellent.Lastly, maintenance of the furnishings is not at the level that one should expect of a Fatburger. Cracked and shredded upholstery in more than one booth and worn chairs.This shakes my confidence in the Fatburger chain as a whole. If there's no longer anything to differentiate it from the other chains, I may just opt to save my money.

Very filling burger at a very reasonable cost. I’ve tried their chicken crisper and all CB Deluxe. The wait time wasn’t long at all and the food was great. The restaurant has a nice cozy vibe to it. The man at the counter was super nice too.
Meh burger, Ceasar salad made with iceberg and the least appetizing dressing I've ever had, and if you complain they offer gift cards & coupons that never arrive. Other than than that, great decor and reasonable hours!

Disappointing overall. $0.50 more than other locations we go to usually, per kids combo. Fries were under done and not hot. Kids burger patties are meant to be smaller of course but these barely covered half the bun. And to top it off it took longer than expected to pick up our mobile order. I'll stick to our regular Fatburger and seek out other fast food options if I'm in this area in future.

Omg... this was not up to the Fatburger standards I have experienced. The restraunt was missing condiments from all the tables, some had pepper, some salt, some vinegar, none appropriately stocked by staff. Tables were covered with garbage leaving no where for clients to sit. The hostess attempted to charge us twice for our meal. The soda dispenser was out of most of its selections. The bathrooms were very very unclean. The food was good as usual and was the saving grace of this experience. I recognize the challenges in staffing but many of these issues were not a condition of understaffing, rather a lack of attention to simple environment.

From first impressions I'm disappointed, chicken Ceasar salad was made with iceberg, only a few croutons, and little to no parmigian.The dressing was tangy but barely a hint of garlic. No complaints on the chicken itself.

I had a hotdog (Nathan's) great hotdogs usually but it was so overcooked and rubber like the bun was dry and stale . I do not recommend trying one . I also bought a poutine as their fries are good so what could go wrong well the gravy is flavorless and it's tiny for the price . As for the staff they really don't want to be working they are not friendly in any way.Overall not a great fat burger location .
