This place really has the potential to be amazing! The food was really good! However, we found the portion size to be quite small, especially for the price. The Bennie Bowl is absolutely amazing! Great flavors and done well. Again, small and also advertised with sweet potatoes which it did not have any. Atmosphere could also be just so good I love the decor and vibe inside feels fresh and cozy. Service was good, staff could be just a little more friendly and welcoming with some smiles :) Overall, I do really recommend trying it out! The coffee was great and the doughnuts are to die for. Will be back!

Hands down the best restaurant and food business in Abbotsford. This is a great place with amazing food whether you are picking up or dining in. There has been no food menu items we have tried and not loved. Besides tasting good they also use very fresh ingredients! Always a pleasure dealing with and talking with the staff as they are all extremely nice!One of our family favorites is the wild Mushroom and toast because their hummus is to die for... have not tasted a hummus in the world that has yet to touch the awesomeness of theirs!If you have not gone here yet give them a try you will not regret it!

You walk in the door and there are two wall cabinets full of sprouts growing under lights, like Fraser Valleys healthiest grow up you've seen. The coffee was super smooth and the food all looks great. It's a non for profit which makes it even better - supporting a great organization while getting your coffee hit.
