We ordered burger n waited for long time. Nobody came drive through for customer service and there was line up of cars. After few minutes, a lady (night supervisor/manager) came and asked for order again. My husband already gave the order 15 minutes ago. He was upset but the lady did not apologize him even said go your home n eat food there. She talked very rudely with lack of professionalism. We will never ever go to this Mac Donald again. Such a awful and bad customer service....read full review
Watched the lady making my coffee put her hands straight down into the cup a few times, right off on handling the cash box and other food stuffs. thats not food safe , that’s how people get sick, 30 min to get a coffee be

When we ordered on the kiosk we selected the table service for eat in After we waited for our food they were calling our number even though we order table service. We were confused but grabbed our food from the counter and it wasn’t in trays instead bags. When we started eating the food was cold since we were waiting for so long. Overall the service wasn’t good and wouldn’t recommand.
