Gelato on a stick!? Best idea since sliced bread! You need to experience this place. Not only do you get your gelato, but you get to dip it in your choice of different chocolate or caramel and cover it with almost any kind of nut you want. It is life changing!The service was friendly and knowledgeable as well! So glad I checked it out!

I ALWAYS love the food and selection, whenever I go across the border. Popbar is no exception. They have a great display and fun and yummy selection of treats! You can customize your popbar (aka fancy popsicle) and add extra toppings to it - like making a pineapple pop into a pina colada one, by adding coconut and white chocolate to it. Believe me, it was delicious!!! Another item they offer are these flavored "hot" chocolates, which you can actually get hot/cold. I always choose cold. They serve them to you in this cool vintage style plastic bottle, with an ice cream cone on top! You'll just have to see my pix!The only downfall that I experienced here, and we went a couple of times, is the service. The staff don't seem like they want to help you or give you information about what they offer. I had to be forward and ask for help each time and research what all of their items were, on my own. I guess that's why we've been blessed to have fellow Yelpers help us out. Anywayz, this is always a big deal for me. When your customer service isn't there, then it makes it hard to be a patron.

It's a relatively unique idea and for that it's worth dropping in at least once to try for yourself. They have a decent selection of flavours and toppings/dips and between everything you can certainly make a huge variety of pops.The pop itself had a nice flavor to it, but personally speaking, I'd much rather have gelato in a more standard fashion. I'd likely go back if I happened to be in the area, but wouldn't go out of my way to drop in for another go.

I’m thinking about this place now and it already makes me hungry. I tried one of the pops with dark cookies around the actual ice cream and it was soooo good. I would definitely go back. It was a bit empty which made it easier to order but I feel more people should try this place. They have a variety of options, even if you have allergies or are vegan they will give you another alternative option. It is also very satisfying seeing how they prepare your order. They take their time to make it right to satisfy you and give you a good quality product. Price was reasonable for the good quality of ice cream, and other additional ingredients. I just love it!
