We love coming in to visit and get our vegan and gluten free goods! Unfortunately more than a couple times now we have asked about certain nuts being in a bakery item and told they do not have any yet when eaten we find them in there. Luckily it has come standard practice for me to try something first to be sure. My partner came in today and purchased a couple of the Easter cup cakes they had. She had ask about what type of cake and if any nuts. She was told they were vanilla. Upon eating it, they were carrot cake with pecans or walnuts. I love my carrot cake with pecans and walnuts however my partner cannot eat the nuts due to allergy.I am hoping the staff can be a little more up to date with ingredients and know what they are selling. This won’t stop us from purchasing more goodies, but it definitely makes us more nervous.

I love the made to order foods…pizzas, sandwiches etc. My only complaint is the bakery goods. They always look amazing but the bottoms of almost every item is so soggy & saturated with oil, it’s disgusting. I’ve purchased MANY items, multiple times over the years thinking maybe it was just an off day, but it’s always the same.Dietary restrictions: Vegan and gluten free options.

I ordered one of their specialty cakes, the double chocolate, with wheat flour. 9 of us in our office agreed, it was incredibly dense and bitter. Even the chocolate mousse filling was solid and hard to choke down. We have previously ordered 3 cakes and had no issues. I did give them the benefit of the doubt, and reached out with an e-mail, but have had no response. Avoid at least this specific cake.

Absolutely amazing service! Bought some of the squares for a business meeting, which everyone loved! Cookies for myself were delicious! And one of the staff offered us a free loaf of bread, just because it was our first time there! Staff went above and beyond for the customer and I truly appreciated it! Would absolutely recommend to anyone!

Super disappointing. Got the rosemary feta and potato pizza and it had absolutely no flavors. It was bland mush. Also tried the focaccia bread and it was dry and mealy. I dont understand why there's no seasoning or flavor but im so disappointed. Terrible food.

Extremely dissappointed with the products selected, on my initial visit here. The first--an almond croissant--didn't resemble an almond croissant--not at all! And--clearly been not made with butter--nor contained any filling. The second--labelled a 'pumpkin-spice scone' totally lacked flavour completely--pumpkin, or otherwise. And, If not odd enough, for some reason they don't provide coffee--which might help consume this tasteless stuff!

I have celiac disease and the baked goods at Sprouted Oven taste incredible and are 100% safe. However I quickly learnt after speaking with who I think is the owner, they take ZERO precautions for people with celiac to be able to order something from their "bistro" menu... It made me upset hearing his "explanation" as to why. I believe this needs to be addressed as it could be as easy as someone washing their hands...
