The day I was there the staff were totally incompetent and rude. It was totally antithetical to the Starbucks ethos- zero warmth and friendliness whatsoever. Sorry if this is harsh, but it was one of those experiences that leaves you feeling deflated. Maybe it was just an off day, but probably won’t go back to this location.

Horrible customer service. staff are inattentive and miserable. Don't have coffee brewed decaf or mild at 2pm. Takes 20 mins to get a drink. Highly advise finding another location.

Had to come here because my regular location was closed for renovation.the service in this location is shockingly bad.Bad management, all the associates looked like they don't want to be there.maybe okay for drive through do not stay in the store, just bad vibes all around.
