I bought 2 footlong subs on March 23. The food was bad and it gave me food poisoning. I missed my work because of that. I am not going to eat Subway in future.

Ordered two subs, three people working behind the counter and they didn't tell me what sub they were using so I ended up with one extra because sauce was put on it that my boyfriend is allergic to. They were not busy but told me that I had to pay for all 3. Horrible customer service here, no parking on high street. 100% would not recommend going to this location.

I'm sorry to share my bad experience at Subway on Mount Lehman Road. The service was disappointing as the sandwich wasn't properly grilled and avocado was added without consent. Additionally, the staff's refusal to acknowledge the mistake and unwillingness to remake the sandwich was unacceptable. Overall, a disappointing and frustrating experience.

Went there in lunch hour so it was very busy,but the staff managed it well . Still smiling and having a nuce attitude. Food is fresh and soups are hot and tasty as they should be.Vegetarian options: Love that tbey dont mind to leave out the meat or chicken if you ask. They offered the veggie paddy which was nice to know they had that option.

Wanted a footlong turkey, but with meat only on one half (literally half the normal amount). All veg and sauce was as normal.They charged a 6" turkey and a 6" veg. It would have been cheaper to get a footlong turkey and toss out half the meat.
