Awful customer service, could hear them (two female employees) making fun of the other customers in their language. (I can understand, but very minimimally speak it). I was appalled. I even went in as a celiac and was tomd by both employees different things and THEY started arguing with eachother saying every location allows this and we have to follow it etc... and the other girl kept saying no I don't want to, its stupid, I'm tired no, tell her it's unsafe or something, I want to go to the bathroom and on break. Will not be going back, I will recommend any other location. This isn't the first issues I've had or my family or friends have had here, after so many many many issues we give up. I was told by my friends to place this here so others are aware as well.

Petri Dish
The pocket packaging was improperly sealed on the end that was supposed to be sealed, so my sidekick fell on the floor right when I took it out of the bag. Not only did I have to clean my floor, but this location would not give me a replacement even though I showed them the bag. They said that it would have to have happen in-store for them to replace the item. I probably would've been a repeat customer had this not happened.

The work area looks clean. Eating area was not clean. Food is not the best subway but not the worst either. Staff were not helpful or friendly, but they still ask for a tip on the machine. I tried to use coupons we got in the mail. But they were too confused.

Great hard working staff and very friendly! I was impressed with how they greet and say goodbye with a smile every time I go there, even when they're slammed with customers at lunch time being in an industrial area. I sure hope they get paid well!!! They deserve it! One of the best staff I've run across at a Subway in years. Place needs a makeover though, owner makes a killing there for sure, open your wallet!!
The staff were rude and judgement of me and bf’s order. Laughing and speaking Punjabi to each other in front of us and giving judgemental looks to us and each other. Terrible service and not at all a welcoming environment. They commented on my bfs order that it was big and were frustrated they had to make it seemed. Not at all impressed with their attitudes and how they made fun of us. Worst service I’ve experienced.
