A) I had a veggie burrito, which was excellent, and the staff were friendly.B) The reason for the two stars is:1) One of two staff members in the kitchen had her mask on below her nose while preparing orders.2) The owner has neglected building maintenance. The drive-thru intercom was broken, for example, so customers order at the pick-up window, eliminating the ability to prepare orders while customers are waiting in the queue.3) The location has a large, mostly unused parking lot. The owner could easily add outdoor seating with a cover.4) Kitchen staff do not remove and replace gloves between preparing food in the kitchen and doing other tasks, like operating the point of sale system and taking drive-thru and online orders out to the parking lot.

It's very hard to tell if this location is open, and the lack of dining in at this time doesn't help.I asked for hot sauce, and was greatly disappointed to find that none was included in the bag, even after the order taker and the filler BOTH asked me.Will I try again? Absolutely. I'm hoping that this was just a one off problem.

Taco Time Abbotsford always serves a fair price and great Tacos. Their Taco Salad is huge.

Aside from the horrendous waiting times that happen on rush hours the food is good enough, price can be quite high for taco. make sure to use discounts and daily specials.

They seem understaffed and overworked, and their drive-through microphone doesn’t work. Nevertheless the service is friendly and the food is decent and very reasonably priced. If you’re having a yen for tacos, (especially on a Tuesday!) I’d recommend Taco Time.

Very friendly staff, clean from what I could see, doesn't look open from the street they have the dinning room dark (because of covid to limit eat in customers). The food was ok, nothing super amazing, but exactly what you expect from a large chain fast food restaurant.
