3 day liquid cleanse was amazing. Perfect balance of so many great nutrients. It’s amazing how they can pack so many in! The juices taste so great and having the broth and then the soup really helps me get through the day. Ended each day with their almond mylk heated up. Did I mention it has date and vanilla? Oh so good. Each bottle is filled to the max, giving you full benefit for what you pay! If you’re hesitant about a cleanse try this one. You won’t be disappointed!The staff are also very friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful! It’s always a treat going in.

I usually love ordering from Habit but today I was a bit disappointed as I just received my taco bowl order and there was a fruit fly crawling on top inside the container.. so I’m not sure if I will continue ordering.

Cute juice bar and smoothie shop in Abbotsford. I tried 4 juices, a couple of desserts-snacks, and a smoothie bowl. Everything was good. The juice is cold-pressed and tastes legit and not watered down like some places try to get away with. I didn't ask if it was HPP or regular press, but it is packaged in plastic bottles. The almond milk is spot-on.

Habit is a GAME CHANGER. As someone who has a ton of dietary restrictions, I love that I can go into Habit and eat ridiculously delicious food and have the peace of mind knowing that what I'm consuming is good for my body. Everything is next level delicious, fresh, thoughtfully made, and packed full of good-for-you ingredients. Incredibly grateful they exist!FYI: The "Perfect Bar" is exactly that. Perfect. It's like an edible deconstructed smoothie... amazing flavour.Their seasonal "Strawberries and Cream" smoothie is also seriously addictive.Keep up the good work... So glad businesses like you exist.
I absolutely LOVE the new location. What a bright and inviting space! The staff are very welcoming and courteous. The sunshine smoothie bowl is my absolute favourite! I’m a big fan of the Thai noodle salad as well. They have a great little collection of retail items which are perfect for gifts. Happy to have them in the community!

This is without a doubt my favourite place to eat. The new owners are fantastic and really care about catering healthy and natural food to Abbotsford. I have a lot of allergies so it’s hard for me to find natural foods I’m not allergic to but this place makes it easy with all the delicious options. Açai bowl is life ?

All I’m going to say is thank god I don’t live closer to Abbotsford because if I did I don’t think my hubby would like me very much; I tried the mint matcha smoothie which the young lady working recommended adding almond butter too and it was delicious! Creamy subtle mint flavour, And the crunchy bitterness of cacao nibs. I also picked up the thai noodle salad for dinner and no surprise there delicious, the vinaigrette was perfect with a mixture of nuts and seed and crunchy veggies!
