Sadly our rib steaks were horrible. Both times over cook and tough. Gave. up trying on the recook. That said the service was excellent and then did take the one steak off the bill and discounted more of the bill. I think they just got a new chef and a bad batch of steaks sadly. Hoping this is not the norm. Sadly it was a birthday celebration that did not work out at all. It was not the servers fault at all!
We were celebrating a birthday, out of 6 people, 5 had very burnt vegetables and steak. The salmon crumble on top were also burnt. The carrots were burnt, and under cooked. Way too crunchy! We had a very good waitress. Think it will be a while till we go back. Sadly.

We made reservations for dinner before attending a concert then changed to bar seating so we could watch the Canucks. It was a fun atmosphere & service was excellent! Our server Kai was knowledgeable, recommending beer and cocktails, he was friendly & professional recognizing we were watching the game with a cocktail and not wanting to order our meals right away. When we did order, our choices arrived quick and were excellent! I had a wedge salad and prime rib sliders and both were delicious. My partner had the sirloin Oscar and he said it was perfect!! We shared a piece of Billy Miners pie for dessert ... very yummy! What a great night at the Keg, partly due the Canucks win :)
Service was great, requested table was perfect, drinks were good, but the steaks cold have been a bit better for the price and the side vegetables like the carrots were not cooked enough to actually eat. But it was a special occasion and a night where I did not have to cook!

We enjoyed our family dinner and our server Jordan was amazing. He looks after us well and is always a pleasure to see and cater to our night. Food was delicious and love the mushroom Neptune extra toasted is always the BEST. Wonderful night at our Keg. ?

The Keg has really gone done hill over the years. It used to be great food but reasonable. Now 50+ dollars for a steak. Come on.. Soo over priced.. Not worth the money you spend. My steak was over cooked my husbands was u def cooked. Escargot was blaaa.. Sorry guys just not like the good old days
Excellent server; friendly, attentive to our requests & needs. The food was super delicious!! Portions were generous. The dessert was a perfect ‘topper' to the meal. We appreciated we could choose any 1 dessert on the menu to help us celebrate our 50th anniversary. All in all, a wonderful experience!!
Our server was wonderful. Enjoyed a meal that was not rushed. Our dinner was very tasteful. Filet done to perfection. The background music was very quiet. We were able to have a conversation where we could hear each other. We enjoy sitting on the upper area by the washrooms.

The only thing I will say is that the server was okay and the food was good, I made a reservation for four for a birthday days in advance and I found that no one knew it was her birthday so I kept reminding everyone which was pretty annoying, the server didn't know and who ever it may have been that brought us to are table didn't know as well. I thought for sure there would have been a nice message on the table as we had in previous kegs but there wasn't and I was strongly disappointed. I don't know why it asks you when making a reservation if everyone is oblivious to it. Great food but won't be back as we only do this once a year and thought this location would be like other locations.

The Keg use to be a great place for a fantastic steak dinner. Now it's just an over priced restaurant, with the same cuts of meat you can purchase at the grocery store. The menu is limited and the happy hour menu is not great. The service was good and the ambiance is always good, but it's prices are driving my friends and myself away.
Steak was like rubber. Cold mashed potatoes. Prawns and scallops were bland and mushy. Probably won't ever go back. When you spend $150 on 2 meals, you expect the food to be top notch. Subway quality is better at a fraction of the price. Disgusting to say the least. The Keg has been going down hill for years. We should have known better.

Thank you for a wonderful evening. I came for my milestone 70 th bday. We were given a large area separate from other guests as there were 28 of us 5 of which were children. The food was amazing but best of all our main server Ava & her crew were spectacular!! We weren’t an easy crowd 3 toddlers running around with ballon’s excited about the night. Ava & the crew were so patient helpful always smiling I can’t imagine how they were able to provide us with dinner drinks & dodge little ones all with a smile on their faces. Will definitely be back next year as a Keg dinner is our family tradition & the Abbotsford Keg didn't disappoint..Thank you Ava & your crew of helpersDeborra Harris & family!❤️
