The staff at Tim's on Sumas Way in Abbotsford or courteous and very efficient. You're sure to get your order right food comes out hot or cold as you need it and you can count on it being fresh. They have a level of professionalism that makes you feel like everybody knows your name. In stark contrast to the staff at South Fraser Way and Abbotsford way where they should all be fired in a mass firing and replaced by people that actually care and have customer service skills.

Yesterday, I had a pumpkin spice latte, it was just the worst thing I have, I had to throw it, because I can't taste anything in it as per my order. No pumpkin spice flavour, even didn't dissolve the sugar. It's just the worst.
