They get your order wrong roughly a quarter of the time. Being so close to my house, I've been to this Tim Hortons at least 300 times in the past 4-5 years. The issues at the store have been consistent for years now.

Lost track of all orders and didn’t make things in order. About fifteen people waiting for food at all times. If they simply made one order at a time or kept all orders together rather than serving one part at a time then it would be faster. And the table was sticky. Took fifteen minutes for a small order.

For some reason all the Tim Hortons in Abbotsford are absolute garbage. I started noticing this about a year ago. Can’t do anything right. This whatcome tims and the south Fraser tims are by far the worst.

Terrible service, i asked them to fix a coffee a different location messed up and first the brown girl who could barley speak english said yes, then she came back and told me no b3cause they are a "private franchise" and said "you want you buy " DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

Had a terrible experience in-store today. Not likely coming back. They gave the food for my order to someone who ordered AFTER I did. Made me wait until they finished making the rest of the food for the people who took the food from my order instead of correcting their mistake and serving me first. They made wait for everyone who had placed an order after mine. (Both drive thru and in store) I waited 20 minutes for a farmers wrap that I ended up refunding after so much frustration trying to get a staff member to make things right and serve me as I shouldve been served well beforehand...I didn't have a large food order, just one item. I'm not going support a company that doesn't make me feel valued as a customer. I kept asking if my food was coming only to be told it was given to someone else, and that I would have to keep waiting.Edit: after reading several other recently submitted reviews I see I'm not the only one who feels the service is severely lacking at this location. It's disappointing that I have to go to a separate tim hortons to ensure better service. I had a bad experience at this location prior to this experienfe today I was willing to give this location a second chance, which I now realize has been a big waste of my time

Just ordered a everything bagel double toasted with herb and garlic. There was like no creamcheese. The bagel was barely even toasted.. I don't understand how hard is it to toasted it twice. I also went in so no real excuse for being as pinched for time like one may expect from a drive through experience. Overall will not be returning. Spent $14.75 on a two drinks with two sides (apple fritter and fruit explosion) just to have to toss my breakfast. Tried to make a quick stop on the way to ferries from Chilliwack so didn't notice till we were back on the road and couldn't turn back by then. I just please do better for the next person. It's a bagel..
