We cMe thru the drive thru and specifically asked for 2 sandwiches and were offered 2 wraps instead bc they were already mDe but we really like the sandwiches and prefer them. They were rude about it. Not going back

The hours posted are all wrong, here, they say 24 hours, tgats just the drive through, the door say 11pm for when the restaurant closes, I arrived tonight at 10 minutes to 10 and the had a chair through the door handles inside to stop people from entering... if you post hours on the door, you should be open those hours unless it's an emergency, and had this happen before where they say they're closed before the posted hours... this isn't a good way to do business

I want to give 0 star. Poor customer service.Never say Hi and just care about driving thur customer….They don't take orders and don't care about customers. I waited for 10 minutes and came out without ordering. I won’t go back !!

This Tim’s is the grossest Tim Hortons I’ve ever been too, I ordered an online order for pickup to this location my boyfriend brought the confirmation email and number they said no the order doesn’t exist, we verified it was the right location and the staff were extremely rude and still made him pay for a new order, and still took the money out of my account for the “order that doesn’t exist”The food was disgusting. I contacted Tim Hortons support and they said their hands are tied as the Tim’s are individually owned. Honestly I wouldn’t waste your time ever coming to this one. The one on Abbotsford way is much better and the staff are much better.

I went this location every weekend early morning around 6:30. Everytime i asked for egg bites and they never had in breakfast. It is so disappointing. Breakfast item should always have ready otherwise they should delete from their menu. This is the reason i’ll go next time to Mcdonlds for my breakfast. So disappointing from this location.
