On April 5 my wife and I arrived at the Townhall around 5:35. We have been to the Townhall several times in the past usually involving slow service but want to go out for a my birthday dinner. We sat at a table and waited for service. A waitress walked by our table twice. 20 mins went by with no service. We look over at the bar to see 4 servers stand at the end of the bar talking. Happy hour was ending at 6:00 so decided to go to the bar for drinks. Paid for the drinks brought them back to the table. Finally at 6:00 a server came and we finally got a menu. I realized it was shift change and no server that was off at 6:00 wanted to take our order. The food was good and fast the opposite of the servers. Horrible experience will not be back.

Group of 4, told waitress I had to be somewhere so I ordered ahead of the group. Ordered burger and fries with a beer, everyone else had the breakfast. Burger came last, burger patty was about 1/8 of inch thick and well over cooked. Worst burger ever, every fast food place makes a better burger. Complained, waitress offered something else, apparently forgetting I had to be somewhere, so said no thanks. No comp, billed for entirety. Used to eat here all the time...NEVER AGAIN!! In addition the water given to the table tasted like it came straight from a swimming pool it was so over chlorinated, undrinkable!! Never in my life have I ot tipped, until today. No wonder this restaurant group is in bankruptcy.

We come as a group of 4 or 6 on Sunday after church, and have come to treasure the days when Max is our waiter. He is personable and attentive and we enjoy our whole lunch/breakfast because of his care. I recommend him highly!

Went here on the weekend ordered food and drinks and had questions about the menu and the manager on duty (aliya) wasn't really respectful about it. I have been coming here for a while and I think this place is awesome but could use a better manager.

i love coming to town hall, we always feel safe around the bouncers. They keep us safe and sound and always a blast to be around.
Met up with a old friend for breakfast at the pub.5.99 traditional breakfast on weekends and holidays.Our server Max was friendly and attentive, the food was great and an excellent value.

First time going to Townhall. Wanted to try something new.The waitress brought us our menus and my husband's menu was covered in crusted food. When he asked if he could have a clean menu, the waitress snarked at him and said she'd see if she could find one. The place was almost empty. So, do they only have 4 menus? We waited but she didn't come back. So we left and went to Brown's social house. Same prices, clean menus and GREAT food.

went there the other night with some buddies hoping to have a good time but got met with multiple girls that were underage, when I informed the security about it they acted brutish towards me and kicked me out while berating me with vulgar language. very unprofessional do not come here bad staff, poor management, and lack of care when checking ID’s
