Service was great! The food choices were not too tempting unfortunately, if we wouldn't have been so hungry we would have most likely went somewhere else.We ordered the gochujang lettuce wraps, which were nice, and the onion rings, which hit the spot perfectly for comfort food, hot and fresh as onion rings should be.

Service was outstanding. Very attentive and super friendly. Food was as expected except the zoo sticks massively overcooked to the point stringy amd almost stretchy? Weird. The main thing? Atmosphere. This White Spot needs a massive overhaul with some updated design. It was sparse like a late 70s dining room and very brightly lit. I like WS because of the usual coziness and the deep booths and softer lighting. This was like a bad rec room in a sketchy basement. It was so...odd. We won't be back to this location for that reason since eating out is about the entire experience. But food and service wise? Great.

Good food and good service. Its attached to a hotel so you need to be prepared for screaming kids. Not the venues issue but you need to be prepared for it. We had several kods screeching when we were there.

The food was ok, but it was cold when we got it, and my wife's Sunny Start was floating in sauce. Normally I would complain but we were hungry being it was breakfast. Resturaumts need to invest in plate warmers. I have been there before, and it has always been good. this time, I was disappointed.

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with the steak during my recent visit. It lacked juiciness and flavour. The worst steak I've ever had. While the waitress and manager were attentive and hoped to offer substitutes, I refused to wait for additional food because I already waited for a long time for the food even there were not too much clients here. But I still thanks for their asking , hence the 2 stars and 15% service fee. However, the quality of the steak was subpar. Hopefully, improvements can be made in the future, but I will not come anymore.

All in all, I'd say the service was alright, though it did take a bit of time to get started after we were seated. As for the food, it's pretty good. Still, nothing beats sinking your teeth into a tasty Triple-O burger!

Been to few different white spots and this one always seems to have the best service and food staff are always friendly and the restaurant is always super cleanWheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp and door opener and they also have a ramp on the inside to access the dining area

The service was not good at all. It would take FOREVER for our waitress to come back to the table. I ordered the sampler type thing you get from breakfast places. 2 eggs, sausage, bacon pancakes and added toast. The food was mediocre at best. One of my eggs was properly cooked, the other was hard (bleh!) The bacon was chewy not crispy and mostly everything was cool not hot. I got sick & tired of waiting for the waitress to tell her the issues, that I just ate everything as is. Breakfast apparently is not their strong suit. Oh, and it was the 2nd least expensive breakfast thing on the menu at $20.49. Absolutely Insane.EDIT 2/5/2024: A manager from this White Spot reached out to me and helped to make things a bit better. She was going to send me a gift card, but as I live in the States and have no clue when I would be back home for another visit, I had her send it to my Mum and Dad so they could enjoy a meal together. Thank you Deanne. ?

Place was empty. Service extremely slow. Never did bring utensils , we had to grab on our own from other tables. Brought 3 adults meals 20 minutes apart. Last person said no thanks just take it back ( it was shrimp plus we had children who were finished) They took that off the bill but sent it home. Opened it at home found lettuce was brown in the middle where you wouldn't see, bread untoasted ( asked for it well toasted) Chucked it as didn't trust the shrimp due to lettuce and other service issues. Thanks for the extra garbage White Spot

There were many employees around when we sat however, nobody spoke to us for a while (too long). To be fair, our server was definitely junior so, I will cut her some slack. I ordered a bacon cheddar burger wrapped in lettuce rather than a bun. My wife ordered the chicken wraps. Her chicken was hard as rocks, clearly over cooked. The iceberg lettuce, cucumbers and carrots were unusable for a “wrap”. They were not cut correctly. It was obvious the chef had no clue what a lettuce wrap dish was. She just ate the chicken with a fork, picked at the veggies and left the lettuce. My burger was wrapped in iceberg lettuce. FYI: Iceberg lettuce should not be used for either of these purposes. You can’t “wrap” it around a burger patty. Leaf lettuce or butter lettuce is correct. My burger didn’t have any Triple ‘O’ sauce. It certainly wasn’t the white spot experience. These two dishes and a cup of coffee took 1 hour. This wasn’t even at a busy period (between 2-3pm). We will not be back!
