There is new trainee guy, who makes my fun on my pronunciation. I belong from the area which have different accent. I think that they don’t have to make fun of language, they should respect it. I was so embarrassed on that day. I will never come back to your place.

Got really bad food positioning from this location. Called to tell them and ask for an appology, and they did not take my concern at all seriously. Someone was supposed to call me back today and they did not. Would not recommend this location. It's dirty and the staff don't care about the quality of food. All I wanted was an appology for making me miss work.

Got food poisoning from a tuna sub. Had good experiences in the past, but this location has gone down hill BAD over the past two to three years.Parking: Terrible parking in the area. The only spots open were on the other side of Arby's. I have a disability so this made accessibility really difficult.

The place is never open when it's supposed to be which really sucks when you're driving by in a truck and trying to get something from somewhere that actually has parking for a big truck . The few times that I've actually got in here to get something it's been a big hassle , how many times do I need to tell you to put lots of olives on or lots of hot peppers or lots of cucumber . Five olives at a time so I have to ask five times , four cucumbers at a time, half a dozen slivers of hot peppers . Turns what should be a three to four minute sandwich making into 10 plus minutes because they're trying to save 5 cents
