This waterfront gem, located right beside the Brentwood Bay Ferry terminal, offers a delightful pitstop for travelers. With bright, airy vibes thanks to skylights, windows, and an ocean view, it's the ideal place to grab a bite before you set sail. While the indoor space is cozy with just 10 tables, there's outdoor seating for sunny days. Despite being full during my visit, there was a steady flow, so I didn't have to wait for a table. Now, onto the food. I opted for the chicken Caesar wrap, which unfortunately was a bit more lettuce than chicken. Despite the skimpy protein, the wrap itself tasted good.Overall, this restaurant is a great choice for a quick, casual meal with a stunning view.**Tip:** If you're catching a ferry, be sure to let the staff know when you order so they can ensure you get your food promptly.

Staff is wonderful. Cream of mushroom soup was watery with a few mushrooms floating around and tasted like straight celery seed. My morning coffee is thicker than this soup. Cute spot tho.

About 5 years ago, my husband and I had happened upon seahorses after an afternoon at Butchart Gardens. We loved it. So naturally when returning on a trip with my inlaws we were excited to go.First, the menu online on their website is not the menu onsite. They no longer serve fish & chips. The soup tasted like a canned chowder. The crab cakes are not made in house. Nor presumably the fish tacos. The prices were very expensive for what you got. The fish tacos pictured were $17 for three small tacos. The garlic bread with the chowder was nice.We waited over an hour (bordering on 90 minutes) for our food. Only when I went to see what was going on was I told that they were down a cook and that they were working on our food..... almost 20 mins later our food came. They did discount our food which while appreciated didn't make up for the abysmal experience. We won't be returning. Terrible. Terrible. Such a huge disappointment from our previous visit. Night and day.

Very slow service. Sat with an empty coffee cup for 35 minutes waiting for refill. Over an hour before soup and fries were prepared
Food sounds way better on the menu than it looks or tastes. Extremely overpriced. They served us a rancid avocado on a toast and didn’t even offer to take it off the check. Eggs done nice and service is good though. Coffee is also tasty and fresh.
