This was an early breakfast time with one server doing both drive thru and counter order taking. The kitchen was able to fill orders relatively quickly and I think refilling coffee is free too which is FAR better than McDonald's. Plenty of free parking. The entrance and exit signs are confusing as the first available entrance is actually marked as exit, and the second is indeed the entrance so that the driver side would pull up to the order window directly unlike some drive thrus are usually at the back side of the restaurants. Anyway, I took the wrong entrance and exit from Kingsway without problems in the early morning.

I came to this A&W on Monday, February 12th, 2024… It was just about to turn midnight… It had been a long day of sorts, and I was drained and hungry… I attempted to order inside the store, but was surprised when the door was locked…A male employee (the man of the hour) opened the drive-through window and said he could help me from there. When taking my order he had the most welcoming energy, he spoke kindly, and was very courteous… His tone was caring and genuine, and I felt so welcomed… Never have I felt this way at a fast food or restaurant venue… This was next level hospitality, but I believe, it’s because he was sincere and authentically just a wonderful person! A man of exemplary calibre! A rare gem in this industry… When the food was ready, he waved out to me from the window… I just want to say a heartfelt thank you! Thank you so very much, you made my day late at night! If I ever choose to go to an A&W, it will be this one because of the positive experience, and the lasting impression made! ??? Thank you so much, it means a lot for those who work from dawn till night to have a sort of lighthouse in this city ✨

The sweet potato fries with dipping sauce are really delicious. The chilled glass will turn the Root Beer into a smoothie. It is our favorite drink. We also often eat burgers. The breakfast is also good, convenient and fast.It is very spacious and suitable for groups. The service is also very good. The food is better than other branches. The waiting time is also reasonable. There is a drive-thru. However, the exhaust fan in the store is not very good. If you eat in the store, your clothes will be covered with fumes. Taste, that's the only drawback.Parking: Although the parking lot is not large, there is always space.Wheelchair accessibility: There are dedicated spaces for wheelchair access.

Made an easy order, took forever to make. Forgot the fries which they then took even longer to fulfill. Fries ended up being cold and unappetizing. Their Nightshift team is brutal.
I waited a long time to post this because I didn't want to get anyone in trouble but one day I came here because my daughter was so hungry on our long walk. I ordered and when I went to pay my card was declined. I didn't realize I had $2 in my bank. I was so embarrassed. One of the workers was so kind and paid for our meal. I'll never forget that. I teared up and once outside cried. Restored my faith in humanity. As a single mom struggling financially this act of kindness meant the world to me that day. Thank you.. I'll pay it forward.

Was in the area for an early appointment and decided to stop in a get a quick meal. Made my order paid and had to wait a bit, understandable no issues there at all. My food comes and the woman that handed me my meal had a terrible attitude ( this is the only reason I'm giving the one star, it's to early to deal with a trash attitude) she was here's your order and shoved in my hands I'm like can I get some ketchup please? It's in the bag ! I'm like you sure ? YES ! Ok I'm like ok thanks ( I should have looked right then and there but stupidity made me shuffle off) I get to my appointment and sure enough not one ketchup packet to be seen. One of my biggest pet peeves is dealing with terrible customer service especially in the am. Who needs attitude while their still trying to wake up.
