Wonderful atmosphere as an izakaya as well.Also, special thanks to one of the kindest waitresses I met in my lifetime. I dined in tonight and accidentally left my phone on the table for my first time ever, and she ran downstairs just to give me back my phone. So grateful for her help and I wish I could give her 30% or even more for tips. She is my lifesaver tonight and has my sincerest thanks.Definitely would visit again and looking forward to having great food.

My husband and I came here on a Friday night. It was not super busy and we got seated right away. It took a while for them to come take our drink order but after 5-10 minutes they did. Unfortunately, after that, we were invisible and no one came back around to check on us for 25 minutes. All ofthe tables around us, including those who were seated after us, were getting served, until we got frustrated and ultimately asked for the bill and left. There was 0 remorse or apologies even though we mentioned the reason we were leaving. We called afterwards and the “manager” did apologize and offer a coupon, but it’s the not about that - I don’t want coupons or apologies after the fact, just do your job properly to begin with. I can’t even give the food any proper stars as we were not given the option to try anything. Would not recommend this place at all - 1 star.

Entrance is a bit hard to find as it is on 2nd floor and through a long corridor at the back. There is an elevator to go up.Vegetarian options: Veggie tempura, and veggie lovers roll ?. The roll is big, and a bit loose so may fall apart, but tasty.

Stand-out items were the Beef Tataki and the Aburi Sushi Set.A lot of places just coat their aburi nigiri with mayo, but this one had different toppings and considerings based on each type of fish/seafood, which worked really well.It's a bit tricky to get to, since it is in the maze that is Brentwood.Unfortunately, there's only pay parking in the mall.

We came during happy hour on a weekend, no reservation was needed for party of 6. we ordered mostly from the happy hour menu. It offered a good value. I wish they had spicy mayo or some sort of dipping mayo for the chicken karaage and deep fried squid. Sake was also half off $5 for a small size.

Greeter at the door was not willing to help us understand why we couldn’t order sushi and sashimi plates which is what we went there for. The bentos we were offered were not interesting and only about 5 choices were shown to us the other 1? Was sold out? I think is what he said.We came to your store. We wanted dine in. This would be probably around early February.We came here. Was very ignored and told only options was bentos and they didn't look that good so we left. Or sure where all these other pretty pics of sushi was from. That's what we went there for. But wasn't offered that menu.

We had a dinner in the last 2 days! We had a big combo for 4 people and there is a gratuity on the menu also! I know that they will add tips on our bills! When I got the bills with gratuity added on our bills! Then a waitress, who doesn’t know English well, brings the payment machine to me! The machine asked me to tip againnnn! Then I pressed skip to pay because it already added on our bills! After the waitress saw me pressed skip, she was surprised and open her eyes like “What? You guys don’t tip?” I said to her that it was added on our bills, so we don’t need to added more tip for you! She was upset and kept saying “that’s fine”. I don’t think she is able to work like a waitress in the restaurant if she doesn’t know what she doing and understands English!
