I have often seen Big Orange bubble tea when walking through different shopping malls but for some reason have never really had any strong desire to try it. We'd been seeing it on the Too Good to Go app for quite a long time though and finally decided to give it a try. For $6.99 we were given 4 different flavors of drinks in 4 small cups. There was one flavor that we weren't crazy about it but the other three were quite nice. This was a great way for me to finally try Big Orange and I think after this I might actually consider ordering a drink from them sometime!

We got Mango smoothie Buy 2 each for $3.99 deal. Oh yum yum! It tasted like a real mango with a bit of rawness+sourness to it.

Great drinks! Service was good and I’m overall happy with the drinks and
worst milk tea i’ve ever had, to be completely honest. thai milk tea was way too sweet and sago pearls were rock hard. first time i’ve had to throw out a drink that’s still mostly full in recent memory. :( and it was overpriced at nearly $8 (!!) such a waste of money.

The younger worker mixed up my friend’s and my order. We paid together and got different sizes and the worker put our drinks in the wrong size, but we just took it as it came. The prices are more expensive than other bubble tea places. Especially for a small size where it was around $5 and I was shocked since it’s really small and can get a regular size at different places for that price. The older worker was kind to offer to put a hole in the drink for our straw if it’s difficult to do it with the paper straw.

We ordered our smoothiebut it took forever to get it made. It looked like there was only one making the teas and the other worker was taking the order and money. It was in a noisy part of the mall and not a whole lot of places to sit and wait as there was lots sitting from walking around in the mall. It could have been the time of day, but still. The drinks were refreshing but if I could have gone somewhere else to purchase it, I probably would have due to the wait, and no apology for the wait.
The bubble tea was good. The staff on the other hand, weren't very kind. One lady there was shouting at some guy because she thought he ordered Milk Tea and not Taro. That lady talked to me as if I was some brat teenager; and when I asked if a finished bubble tea order was mine or someone else's, she shooed me away as if I didn't matter. Wow.. Sorry!? ????

Lady was impatient and messed up my order. Didn't offer any solutions to fix it. Just said she already made it and I had to take it. Ordered a hot drink and she only microwaved it lol

Not a fan of this place. Two stars because the staff was really nice and helpful.Everlasting Kale Slush (without the mango): Tasted like sludgy water with bits of green which shouldn't be the case since pineapple and orange should be more than enough for citrus flavorAvocado Delight Smoothie: the drink again was no good, my parents couldn't taste the avocado and it was not refreshing.
