I was quite disappointed with my experience, expecting a straightforward request. After ordering a smoothie and noticing a new flavor that wasn’t on their menu, I inquired about switching it and was happy to pay the difference. However, the cashier needed confirmation from a colleague and the smoothie maker. Despite being told it was possible, there was confusion about how to proceed. Ultimately, we were informed that the smoothie had already been made as they were trying to figure it out, leaving us no choice but to accept it as is.

Came here after my work out upstairs at evolve Brentwood! WOW smoothie was amazing and really tasty. I would recommend the signature smoothies!
I love coming here. The smoothies here are amazing. However, whenever I order on Uber eats, they never add protein. I always pay extra for the Grass fed, double scoop. I know they don’t add protein because when come in person, it’s a completely different smoothie/bowl. Extremely disappointing.

Was kind of disappointed that they changed the birthday smoothie policy without having it be clearly stated anywhere that you have to purchase a smoothie before you get your bday smoothie. I hadn’t been in a month but it notified me my birthday smoothie was expiring so I came in on the last day so I could use it. They told me the policy changed a couple days ago. I explained how frustrating and disappointing it was to have wasted my time coming in and they told me they’d make it for me but I don’t have to “react in such a way” “it’s coming out of my pocket” like… you either want to have good customer service or you don’t. It’s just a smoothie, like whatever, but making quiet changes to a policy and then letting people come waste their time is just not good service. At least they made it for me but only after I was pretty upset at how inconvenient it was. This company has consistently poor service.
