Ordered delivery on Valentine's day, 2 pizzas and 2 caesar salads. Food arrived with no salad dressing at all. Restaurant promised to refund the salads the next day but that never happened. I'll be contacting the Better Business Bureau soon to see what they can do.

I haven’t been to Boston pizza in years… until recently. Luckily I wasn’t missing out. The jambalaya pasta lacked flavour and as a lazy home cook I’ve made way better pastas at home. The cactus potatoes were just glorified soggy potato chips but the dip was pretty delicious. The panookie def saved the day, it was yummy but a bit crispy around the edges and I tend to prefer a softer cookie. They also seemed understaffed. Prob won’t be back for another 5 years.

i went there on wednesday. It was snowing outside nd me nd my friend was stuck in the traffic so we went to have a food there. I personally recommend to have classic nachos it was so good with layered cheese and one should definitely try the tropical chicken pizza . The server was so nice and visited us to ask if we need something. I will recommend to visit this place
Dont eat the lasagna. Not worth the money!! But the jambalaya pasta is good.

They got super busy when we were there and it was hard to get our waitress for a few things. Other than her being too busy, she was super nice and very helpful. The pizza was amazing and the beef dip was a bit tough.Kid-friendliness: Every once in a while they sell kids cards that are $5 for 5 kids meals. This is a life saver for any parents on a budget.

I came into BP for a beer and soup after shopping. I sat up at the bar , the bar tender was very nice and I placed my order with him for French Onion soup, it sounded great. What I got was French onion soup with two slices of bread and a touch of cheese. OMG! Not croutons like it said and I couldn’t find the cheese. Really disappointed as I don’t often eat out and this was a firm reminder why! They did remake it but still not up to what they advertised. Everything else was good. What happened to taking pride in your work?
