I ordered a hot soup at the bubble waffle cafe chain, but it turned out to be extremely spicy. I tried to ask for a replacement, of the both ,but they only changed both to hot water ,which made no taste Unfortunately, I couldn't eat it at all and had to throw it away., so bad experience and never return!

I ordered a duck soup special to go only to find that they gave me chicken instead when I arrived home a short walk later. I went back and told them that they made a mistake and that I wanted duck. The lady SNATCHED the item from my hands with a scowl and without any acknowledgement that they made an error. Less than a minute later, I get the same item back; they simply scraped off the chicken and put duck on top. They didn't even have the decency to prepare a fresh order for me.The lady who served me had a horrible attitude and somehow made me feel bad for asking them to correct their error.By the time I made it home again, my noodles had turned to mush. Huzzah.Please do not support this business. It's hard to find restaurants with a less-than-3-star rating on Google, but 'lo and behold, this place managed to make it happen! Stay away!

My rice was fine if a little dry but it was definitely not hainanese chicken I got in my meal. you can't just take any chicken and put scallion and ginger on top and call it hainanese. the chicken sits in a soy based sauce. barely noticeable scallion oil and ginger on top so I was just eating poached chicken which, tbf, was quite tender.

Unfortunately, I had the worst experience at this location, the food was stale and when I complained to the servers, they just told me my food is supposed to be like that and that it is my problem because I do not know how is the food looks, when I ask for a refund, they rejected it because it wasn’t their fault, the staff would communicate in front of me talking in a foreign language(I guess Chinese or cantonese) while trying to decide what to do, they are either not able to communicate in English or they just pretend they do not understand, it was a very frustrating situation, 0 stars for this disgusting place.

This place is the worst regarding customer service,the employees do not speak proper English and they mess up my whole order,when I ask them to please change it to what I want which is what I always get,they refused!!! And they Told me that I have to pay for a whole new order when they were the ones mistaken,the food is good I must accept but only because of the gross customer service and the ladies serving there I will not come back,also I requested to talk to the manager and his working hours but she refused to say it and she said that she does not know because she is not his boss, seriously was it that difficult to change my order and be polite, so rude
the staff is rude. the soup noodles are ALWAYS mushy and overcooked for some reason. and has anyone ever tried to order take out???? the food was filled in container (but obviously with cabbage) but they would only give you less than half a container of soup base?? LOL! i asked for more soup to fill the container and she said i had to pay extra..... why the hell you selling soup noodles but wont give enough soup for the noodles to take home.... must be a joke.
