Unclear business!One of the bad days in my life to go there.I decided to relieve my stress by getting one coffee,but unfortunately one u girl I think was named Ashley.She was so rude and instead of $5 coffee she charged me $25.When I asked her how, she said it's by mistake.The milk they were used one week expired, I asked let me take a picture, she didn't allow meI honestly request the owner of this business.To bring some changes.

In classic Artigiano fashion, they get rid of all the passionate people who loved their job in favor of uncharismatic kids they can take advantage of. My family and I miss Star and I'm sorry they took her job away. This place will not be the same. Needless to say, we will no longer be patrons of this company.

First and last time i will ever stopIn at this place. Ordered a 12 oz “Mocha Freddo”. 7$ and change and it was horrid. No flavour at all and i think they left out the chocolate part of the mocha. Even the whip cream on top was terrible. After leaving a tip and walking out the door 8$ poorer i took a few sips of this waste of money and tossed it in the garbage.

I ordered the spinach egg bites, and it was absolutely disgusting. I had it to go, and as soon as I got into my car with it, my car started to smell like fish. I couldn't figure out where the smell was coming from, until I opened the box the egg bites were in, and it was overwhelming. I have no idea why an egg bite would smell like fish, but it was so strong, I couldn't eat it (I had one small bite, and had to spit it out). The staff at the cafe were lovely, hence the 3 star review (if I was basing my review solely on the food, it would be a one star review).
I did a mobile order, my app said my order was ready so i went over there. They were still preparing it which was fine, but when my order was done they just left it on the counter and didn’t put a lid on it, didnt let me know it was ready. CONNOR who was working the espresso machine put my drink to the side of him said nothing and proceeded to make everyone elses order and he called on everyone elses orders but mine. When i asked the girl if that drink was mine after waiting for 5 minutes while the drink was on the counter she said yes, it just needed a lid. There were 3 workers and not too many people in there. If that guy is working, I suggest if CONNOR is working there go somewhere to get your coffee or else you’ll waste half the day waiting for you drink.

Really impressed by the food taste, friendly and welcoming nature of the staff just made the visit perfect. planning to make more visit to the place.

We stopped by for Hot Chocolate Festival. There were two options available. I picked the cookies and cream option. It was delicious and was just the perfect amount of sweetness with the mix of dark and white chocolate. Service was fast. The cafe had a decent amount of seating.
