I visit chachi’s and had a great experience. A girl I think her name was Parneet , she really made a delicious food and gave great customer service. She had such a friendly nature .I really appreciate her.

I have ordered from here many times over the years and usually do enjoy the food when I am able to receive it but almost half the time they would be out of something I wanted to add on for sides like the soup or mac and half the time there was no staff in the front so I stopped going for a few months finally went back today for the first time in awhile tried to purchase about 27.00 of food and had two $20 bills with me so 40$ we had to cancel the order, apparently there was not around 13$ in change in the ENTIRE REGISTER!!!! ????? so we were not even able to complete the transaction and this was around 5pm or so and it is open until 9pm!!! not sure what is going on that you dont have 13$ in the entire register with no apparent solution at 5pm or maybe the staff just didnt want to do anything to fix it im not sure what happened but I do not think I have ever had this happen anywhere else before for such a low amount of change how could there be no 10s, 5s, toonies, loonies, quarters etc would literally have excepted my change in dimes lol! to make 13$ or less in change... I can see why you are so empty compared to the other places in the food court I can't even buy food from here if I want it and staff give no solutions to a simple cash issue. not sure if im going to even bother trying here again.

Super tasty sandwich! Definitely recommend the Turkey ranch option as this was incredible. The portion was very big too.

Awful. Just awful, when ordering, we had to wait for about 5 minutes before someone came outside and they just asked us: what do you need? I was lost for words. What do I need? The newspaper and a gin-tonic. We need to order from you!! Then we had to pay like 25 bucks for a sandwich and a lemonade that were just plain tasteless and soggy, the guacamole was old, the cheese was barely in there. I can't stress enough how much I want this place gone from the Metrotown food court. Just a lame place with a lame attention, I don't know how it even exists. If I could give -5 stars I would!

I have been to this location everyday for the past 2 weeks and everytime I want to order a Cajun chicken ceaser you guys are “out of salad”. HOW ARE U OUT OF LETTUCE EVERYDAY? at that point just take the item off the menu. Like make it make sense to me. You have lettuce for the sandwiches but you don’t have lettuce for a salad? I’m pissed

I really wanted to like this place, but this Cajun Chicken sandwich was terrible. It's like she dumped a whole bunch of mayo on my sandwich and put 4 small pieces of bad romaine on the sandwich. I got my wife a Vedge sandwich. I didn't finish it because it was too spicy for her. The mac and cheese was decent. Being from the South, I was expecting a kick ass Cajun chicken sandwich with the right spices. No dice.

Clubbin' sandwich was very very good.Service was iffy. Didn't seem like the employees wanted to take my order.Prices are high. Luckily sandwich was good enough.
ordered the carbonara mac n cheese which wasn't fully hot because it was microwaved. not recommended. cheese on top was not melted.

Wanted to give this place a try but $20 for a sandwich better be mind blowing. Sadly not but it was decent sized. The clubbin crispy ciabatta bread certainly filled you up but you might as well order 3 banh mi's.
