The drinks are good. We ordered Taro Slush with pearls and Chocolate Dream with Brown Sugar Pearls. There is also an ongoing promo of Buy One Get One 50% off. You get the 2nd drink at 50% off. It is between 11am to 2pm.Staff are okay but they don’t seem to be happy. We waited for our drink for nearly 10mins. It was all packed and done but the staff was not as attentive, it was sitting out for 5mins or so (because the other staff is busy making drinks and the other staff is attending to get orders).There is quite a number of seats. There is not enough parking though, and very tight. But if it is just a drop by and go, then parking should not be a problem.Hope this helps.
Today I ordered 2 large pearl milk teas for buy one get 2nd for 50% off. I asked for regular ice and Both of my drinks he filled ice level to half of the cup. I didn’t know until I took it out of the bag when I got home. My kids were going to share one drink so I opened the plastic seal and then saw so much ice and scooped it all out and the actual milk tea only filled half the cup since he put soooo much ice in! So I opened the other drink to check and it was the same amount of ice! I feel so ripped off. I think it was the manager who made my drinks too since receipt indicated that.

The heavier weight worker seems to be very moody, i feel sorry for the other worker who may be in training? The heavier girl is VERY loud, slamming things, throwing spoon in the sink, like even my friend notice... I've been there many times never heard other workers intentionally be obnoxiously loud like a rhino hippo, very bad habbit to bring from home into the workplace... she needs to stay calm and tone it down... it was literally DEAD in the store and no one else was in line except for me and my friend, in fact that location is never busy when i go but i guess because i go at noon. The drinks were good for chainstore boba.

Burnaby Lougheed location has petty staff. I parked in the lot for not even 15 min before they opened and the girl was walking in to open up, saw me walk a different direction and called bylaw to give me a ticket for parking in an empty lot before they even opened. So unecessary and petty.

Please stop putting paper straws. They get wet you cannot even drink specially slush drinks. This is ridiculous. The tapioca cannot even go through the straw once it’s wet. Before giving something to customers try it yourself. I am left with 2 large slushy drinks I cannot drink. It’s not that all of us have a straw that size at home.

I've been to many Coco places, and this location is probably the worst by far. I ordered Fresh taro with milk and asked very light ice - specifically just a couple of ice cubes. I did say three times, and the cashier definitely seemed really not to care. Of course, I got a bunch of ice. I don't understand the reason they asked my ice and sugar level if they are gonna ignore my request.

I’ve been to many wonderful Coco locations but this one has horrible service. I ordered a drink with pearls and was specific that I wanted pearls. They made it with Sago I noticed before they started the drink that it’s supposed to be pearls not sago and they said there is nothing they can do. They can do either clear pearls or sago I asked them to just not make it with sago and it would have been as easy as pouring the sago out … they refused and insisted that I will like the drink… even though I just had to throw it out in the end :( Customer service is definitely a problem with this location.

Normally visit Coco with the girlfriend, She orders her usual which i also like, the product is very good.Service seems to on average be ok, just ok, not a lot of warmth or welcoming.Ambience is pretty stale, seems no one take the time to make the place more inviting.Based on popular they are i think the experience should be a bit better.

Welcome CoCo to the Brentwood Neighbourhood!!! Another modern bubble tea establishment addition to the neighbourhood.I love how I have a good choice for all the bubble tea in the area finally. I don't need to drive far to get to this one, and I suggest not to drive since the parking lot is extremely small. The best choice is just to walk over from Brentwood Mall instead.Like any other CoCo they have all the special flavours, but this one I love the most is about the indoor decor. Too bad they opened during the pandemic and they have no indoor seating yet. But I hope to one day be able to sit down with a group of friends and just chill.This is will be my local CoCo store.
