I am not sure whether they have a parking lot. I parked in front of the store for a quick stop.The tea tastes good, not water down. There weren't many tables except for one huge table in the middle of the store and some by the window bar stools. But the store wasn't that crowded, so my group sat there for a good 15 mins until more people came. The store was very tidy but doesn't seem to participate in some limited time drinks advertised on the main website.
Overall good little bubble place. A few more chairs would get them 5 ?

Service was great and friendly. Stayed they for hours and not said a thing to us. Drinks were made to order. Parking is tough but not impossible. Highly recommend this location!

Ordered our bubble tea ahead of time on Uber by 10:37 and would be ready at 10:50pm however we were at the store already and waited twenty minute. And they were taking orders however they cancelled our order and were still taking orders. Terrible service and they canceled our order and stated that they can’t make our drinks. And they were serving everyone before 5min of close. Don’t come to this location. Terrible service! And there was two people working. That is very sad! Also they charged us DONT COME HERE THEY WILL RIP U OFF AND WASTE UR TIME!

As we were asking them why, another customer walked up and ordered a drink. When we asked why she was able to order, the cashier said her drink took 5 mins and they couldn’t make ours.

Went in today found two people awkwardly making drinks in silence…and no music. Drink was mediocre with not nearly enough stuffing put in. I added pudding and there was only a tiny piece added. I would avoid this coco for sure.

Consistently strong tea flavours compared to other locations which I like. Other CoCos seem to put a lot of cream. Easy going staff too.

Really like CoCo but wait time was abnormal. Quality never disappoints, but owner is clearly saving money on staff. Especially with the fact, that it is summer now + DoorDash and skip for to go. Waited 20 min in line Monday 9:30 pm with only 2 ppl working.To make things worse they didn’t have my favourite “strawberry latter”

I would give it 1 of 5.I tried the purple passion dragon tea, and it was probably the best.This one would be 4 of 5.I tried the brown sugar pearl roasted milk tea. The tea itself was pretty decent but the pearls did not seem to be brown sugar pearls but regular pearls. Maybe I'm wrong but the pearls did not have the richness of brown pearls.Hence 4 of 5.
