I would give them a 0 if I could. TERRIBLE SERVICE. At April 5 at 1930 we showed them a coupon that was still valid and they would not let us use it. So rude, did not listen to what we were saying stating it’s expired when clearly the date was todays date.

DQ has one of the smoothest vanilla soft serves out there. Tried the skor blizzard which was delicious! It’s conveniently located in Brentwood mall across from the mall’s food courts. No complaints.

I don’t have much bad experience at this location except the guys at this location don’t seem too proactive in their work. This location doesn’t have a scanner to scan the app deals but the workaround is to provide them the 5 digit code from the app.

Service was terrible. Got a brownie Sunday and he barely put one pump fudge only against the wall of the cup to look like there’s fudge in the cup. When asked to put more he wanted to charge extra. This little Sunday cup with a cheap brownie cost me almost $9 with barely a spoon of fudge in it. And the guy was hating life lol don’t blame him!

Annoyed is an understatement!!! I asked for the Orio hot coco blizzard, (its a favourite of mine, so I am expecting the same thing). He gives me something totally different. I literally pointed to the board and said that's the one I want and they refused to fix it, just continued to hand me the incorrect one, thinking I must just be fine with that it! 0 for service on your night staff tonight!!!

2 hours before closing and cannot serve orange apple and carrot drink. Very disappointed and this will be the last time i go there to buy anything from there or this company again ?
Buster bars are the worst here. The worst DQ for any of their boxed products. Anytime I’ve purchased a buster bar box from here, it’s terrible. No peanuts or fudge. Ownership cheaps out on the ingredients while charging full price. Go somewhere else.

The worst location of Dairy Queen. The size of the soft serve on a cone is way smaller than other locations. When I ordered a small, it’s 50% smaller than other location’s small size. Also they don’t have chicken strips.
