After waiting 50 minutes, they gave me a burger without fries. Moreover, it costs 19 dollars. I ate futburger for the first and last time. I won't eat it again.

Insanely slow service for not being that busy. To top it all off they got my order wrong too.Burger was overcooked and chewy. Somehow I paid more and got less quality than going to a typical fast food joint.

Food has always been really good and almost worth the exorbitant cost. Quality seems to have taken a nosedive over the last couple of years though. Store is frequently...just dirty and unkempt. Often the garbage is overflowing, dirty tables, sticky floors and so on.The worst part however is the service these days. It is so incredibly slow. Like really, really, really slow, definitely not fast food, regularly wait 15-20 mins for your order, even longer on a couple occasions. Knowing that, I thought I'd order online for pickup right from their own site. When you go to place your order, first they ask for a tip. If I have to come to you and you serve me while I'm standing, you don't deserve a tip, there's no service associated with that outside of cooking the food which is already heavily marked up. But whatever, no big deal, easy enough to nope out on that as everyone should. The real kicker came when I went to pay though. They're trying to charge a service fee for online ordering to pay for the "MOBI HQ" platform. I'm sorry...what? Get bent. That's a cost of doing business that shouldn't be directly passed along to the consumer, but incorporated into the cost of the product. If that's how you want to do business these days, fine. Order cancelled and I won't ever be coming back to this place. We're truly in late stage capitalism. Bring on the Wendy's surge pricing next. What a joke.Franchises owned by the predominant Surrey demographic are legitimately ruining so many places with higher prices(gouging in many cases), smaller portions, terrible quality. On the bright side I save money and eat healthier by not giving money to these types of people.

I think the same sandwich I had before has gotten smaller. Sasauge and egg sandwich. I think the ingredients are not as good ether. They gave us our order without sausage for our take out order, so we had to come back and the put the sausage in. Attached

I have been going to this location my entire life. In its recent years it has gone extremely downhill; the service, quality of food, and cleanliness of restaurant have all seen major deterioration post-covid. Whether its ordering through an app such as ubereats, or when I go to eat in there with my friends or family. They never fail to give me a lackluster dining experience. I want to highlight three examples of times where I've not enjoyed myself coming here.- One time, going with my father to the restaurant we had waited 20+ minutes for our food, then once we got it the burger was soggy, and the fries were ROCK hard. When asking the workers if I could get a new burger they denied my request. So I prompted to tell them this is the worst dining experience I've had and promptly left the store without eating another bite of my food.- Another time while dining in, I had noticed an extreme lack of cleanliness, the garbage was overflowing and the tables and some sort of food crumbs all over them. Also on this same time of me coming, the soda from the machine was horrendously diluted (it had tasted like straight club soda.)- I have never ordered food through apps and have had a good time eating from this Fatburger location. But the last time I ordered is when I swore off ever ordering from this location again through a delivery app. Not only did the food take 40 minutes to get here (I live 10 minutes away), as well it NOT being the delivery mans fault (I texted him through the app and I was his only order, he was waiting in the store for 15+ minutes) the order was made incorrect, and when I phoned the store to get a new order they said "that is the fault of the delivery app you used" and said they couldn't do anything, I did end up getting a refund through Ubereats, but still it shows a lack of responsibility from this location.In conclusion, Fatburger is an amazing restaurant chain with many great locations. But in the recent years this location has consistently done a horrible job at giving me food that I enjoy.Be. Better.
