They literally price gouge their customers during their sales, by increasing the price from the pre-sale price (with photo evidence) .I took the first picture on March 16, and then I attended the sale on March 21st for 15% off everything in the store."SOMEHOW" the sticker price of the item went up by over 50% a few days later on the day of the sale (per the second picture).I didn't notice the difference until I got home. This is illegal in BC, and I'll will have to try and get my money back tomorrow.

I've been coming here for the past few years often. I love the atmosphere. Cafe is lovely. Product is great but customer service is just atrocious. Very few employees with knowledge about product. When you do find someone to talk to they act burdened by you. This has happened on more than one occasion and it's enough to make me stop coming.Today I was there and I was directed to speak to someone about ferns as I was wanting to have a planter made up. Lady I was directed to was busy helping someone else so I waited patiently. After 15minutes of following her around the store, I was not acknowledged once. Did you need help with something? Did you have a question? Can I direct you to someone else? I will be with you shortly. Nothing...I left very frazzled and annoyed. Poor customer service skills. Will take my buisness elsewhere.

This is more than a Garden store with lots of interesting gift ideas for anyone and a section for babies and dogs too. There's even a cafe serving coffee and brunch.

This mess ($650) send to me broken, what’s worse is they only left on the curb of the road outside the fence, some where a city property, which was supposed to be delivered to a designated location within 10 ft from the truck with $240 delivery fee. Without any notice and signature, I happened to see it, what a surprise! And 3 bamboo trees cost $300 with 10bucks more delivery fee, were never delivered? Why it happens in such an essential Christmas holiday season? It makes everyone so sad.
Lovely Christmas trees and seasonal decorations. Really appreciated Mavi and her exceptional customer service and expertise when helping me re-pot my succulents.

I absolutely love it here! They have a huge assortment of plants, and adorable home decor/kitchen items. On top of that, their restaurant is delicious! My husband and I came on a Monday around 11am. The restaurant was busy but service was good, we didn’t wait too long. We each opted for their all day breakfast and it was all super tasty. I was eyeballing other people’s lunch orders and that looked just as good. Will definitely be back!

Massive store, huge selection of everything. Fun to walk around and spend a couple hours if you love plants.Be sure to check your new plant for pests before putting it near your other plants.

When I lived in Vancouver, Mandeville Gardens, now owned by Gardenworks, was my go-to garden nursery. It is a big garden shop with beautiful displays indoors. They sell all sorts of things not just for your gardening but for home. Clothing, food, pictures, lamps, and seasonal decor. They have a big area just for pots. Another area for indoor plants. A big area for outdoor trees, shrubs, and flowers. The staff here are very helpful and knowledgeable, which i really like. This place can get really busy in the summer, so the parking lot gets full, and then you end up on the street. Even tho I live out in South Surrey White Rock once in a while, I'll drive into Burnaby just so I can walk through Mandevilles and pick up a few things if I need it.
