This is my family's go to Pho restaurant in Burnaby. Portions are big and service has always been very top notch (The owner is very attentive). I always get the Beef Number One Special here and it has always been consistently good. I've had pho at other places, but this one stands out the most and I can't figure out what it is that makes their Pho so good. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

Had a very nice lunch at this Vietnamese cafe. It seems like a very popular place with the full tables and customers who wait for tables. The service was very pleasant and extremely quick. The one thing I noticed was the absence of fresh basil and sprouts with the pho. Perhaps you have to ask for it since prevents wastage when customers prefer not to add it to their noodles.

Please train the servers better !!!I go here with my boyfriend sometimes because this restaurant is near our place. Before the owner is usually in the restaurant, but recently just the servers there. Today I got there, I heard the server talked to each other about me in their mother tongue, of course not saying something good. Probably they did not know I also speak the same language. I used to work as a server and I believe it is not the proper behavior of a staff, even quite rude. Please train them better, nobody wanna come to a place with that kind of customer service!! I grade 2 for the fast service and food…
