This place usually makes orders really quick, but for today they had no reason to be working so slow.It's not like there was a lot of people, or there was a problem with the oven.It was just slow. Took ~20 min for two small pizzas.For the price of 7.99 to get a 10" small pizza, pretty good. Enough for one person. A deal you can't get elsewhere.Would still come back again, the pizza was decent quality.Vegetarian options: See their menu for details, and they have a decent selection of toppings.

HellCrust Pizza - Metrotown is an absolute gem. Their $7.99 deal for a small pizza with 3 toppings is unbeatable. And the fact that you can upgrade to a medium for just $2 more is simply amazing. The quality of their pizza is top-notch, with a perfect crust and generous toppings. yesterday i came here to buy 3 pizza slices. before i could even finish my order the lady started grabbing the slices, not to be rude i didn’t say anything. then after i got my wrong order i didn’t want to start any fight. the pizza placement on the plate was so stupid i dropped a slice. and a worker saw me and didn’t even do anything, didn’t ask if i wanted another slice nor help me clean it off the floor. i left with my two slices and a few hours after eating them i got food poisoning. i have always gotten pizza from there but today was different. rude, impatient, useless staff and horrible pizza.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent pizza order. Firstly, the pizza was barely cooked, with a doughy crust that was far from appetizing. To make matters worse, it seemed like they had only slathered tomato sauce on it, leaving the cheese portion severely lacking. I won't be ordering from them again.
Best place for my everyday lunch, reasonable and perfect.... Staff is very nice and hardworking..... I really appreciate their efforts.... Everyday they treat me well.... Thank you guys....

Great pizza gig inside MetrotownSmall place looks like it can only house 10 clients for dine in.Wifi and parking free courtesy of the mall.Lots of flavors to choose from,personally i called multicultural pizza flavors, they have Indian inspired,all meat vegetarian,just cheese ,Canadian etc etc.I visited few times while walking in the mall,i found the service to be fast.They offered combos aswell, its like a budget meal good for students and those who are trying to have a good pizza and save few bucks aswell.Pizza tasted delish,I tried few of them already and they were good.Accept cash/debit/credit noise level is above normal considering its inside a busy mall.Good for kids too: I just hope they will improve "buzzers" for quick clean up of tables...it gets busy sometimes..Total all my visits were excellentI dont mind dropping by again in the future.:Yeah I recommend the place for other pizza lovers.Kudos!

While I respect the cultural diversity of the place, playing Indian music at an excessively loud volume in a public establishment where customers come to eat and spend their time was unacceptable. Can you imagine someone doesn’t like your music or loud volumes for example? It’s important to consider the community and the comfort of all visitors.

My son and I bought 3 pieces pizza and one coke. After I paid the lady gave us the pizza but no coke we put the pizza on a table and went back to get the drink but she accused me that I already got it and put it in my bag! After I got angry she just said that that’s what she thought and even did not apologize.
