Just stepping by to buy 3 fruit yogurts. The lady told me it would take 15-20 minutes, which I think it’s kind of too much time, but we were willing to wait. Then I had my small dog in my arms (she was never on the floor), and the lady told told me to wait outside when I’ve seen the owner with reír dog in side, that’s stupid, I was not planing on staying, and it’s not my fault that the service is too slow. And btw, the lady needs to learn some English, it would be beneficial for business and customers.

I CANT BE IN THIS LIFE WITHOUT“ HEY IM YOGUST”!!! THANK YOU FOR YUMMY DRINKS!! My favorite drink is “peach strawberry yogurt slush with a pearls!!! It’s so tasty!! Also I drink something from hey I’m yogost everyday 1-2-3 times on a day because it’s really yummy!! I’m not sad that I spend 300$ last mouth for hey I’m yogost because it’s so yummy I can’t be in this life without hey I’m yogost!! I really like how how a girl with dyed ends of her hair serves me!! I drink it everyday after school !! I drink it in the summer in the rain and in the snowing day!! ?? THANK YOU 非常感謝您製作美味的飲料!!!!!!!
Absolutely love it! 4.5. I absolutely LOVE yogurt and this was delicious and worth the wait! I had the peach mochi yogurt, so creamy and chewy. Will definitely go back again because this was some delicious yogurt. Would have liked a bit more of the toppings but loved it otherwise. Maybe I'll try the foam next time.

I came by here with my mom and sister to try because they’re both fans of yogurt drinks. Overall the drinks were not too sweet (we got 50%, but I think next time we will get no sugar). The drinks have good flavours and they’re very pretty!! I personally loved the Succulent Grape with Yogurt Foam - there’s fresh grapes in there and crystal pearls.

The drinks displayed look nothing like what you get. Ordered Peach Yogurt Mochi with no whip and was given a sealed paper cup. No toppings as pictured in shop. The drink itself is tasty but difficult to drink/eat. 2/3 of straw was clogged at first sip. They don't provide a spoon unless you ask. Wish execution was better like providing a scooping straw and a clear cup so you can see what your trying to drink and scoop. Navigating the menu as a first timer is difficult. There's barelyany information in English... Sadly I won't return to this location.

I was a regular customer since the place opened the custom service is a downfall now…. There is a particular asian tall guy I suppose he is a manager very rude, aggressive and does not listen to the customer need. It is very unfortunate that the due to the customer service this business will definitely affect despite the drinks are yummy!

The most terrible place in the entire chain, the drink (peach mochi yogurt) is absolutely nothing like the one in the picture, it doesn’t taste like the same drink from the other locations. I am a regular customer of this chain, I know what this drink should look and taste like, they didn’t put cream on top and didn’t even ask whether to put cream - terrible. I do not recommend.☹️?

Worst yogost branch!.. It was only good in their first couple of months. This location was my go to since it's along the way to/from work but quality changed since they reduced the cup size then changed cup even the amount of ingredients. Became too watery. Gave it another chance the following week but still very watery.We used to buy atleast 4 varities every week but stopped coz the amount has massively reduced. Also, we always asked to add mochi to those that doesn'tcome with it, they say yes but never had. Never went back here again, not worth it. SFU location or in Marine drive have been consistent ever!..
