the service was excellent, the atmosphere was chilling and relaxing, the drink I ordered tasted really good! I recommended rice yogurt with oats, VC peach and strawberry, and VC lychee yogurt! I preferred the sweetness and thickness in yogurt. I will definitely come back! next time I will post with pics. ?

In the past, it had been friendly staff, but during this visit today, the female staff with glasses refused to give me the 25% off on two drinks saying its only for raining days. However, it is raining outside, even the weather app says its drizzling. I’m not going to argue in front of other customers, although it is a $4 difference. Your staff should know when to apply the discount.

We ordered Rose Lychee Yogurt and it was delicious. My usual go to order is Strawberry Mochi Yogurt which is super yummy if anyone needs a recommendation. It’s a cute little store, so not a lot of seating.
I used to be a regular customer who go every week. This time I went the chubby female employee with glasses made the wrong drink which is not what I ordered. When I talked to her about it, she insisted that I ordered that drink and made me take it even when I showed my frustration. I am surprised to see this kind of terrible customer service because I used to receive great customer service from this place. I won’t return to this store because of this experience ???????
