Progressively getting worse and worse. OPENING day, the chicken pieces was huge. In 2024 April, its tiny iddy biddy pieces. I guess the Owners like to no longer have a business. KFC gives you small pieces and charge you for Bones, but at least their specials are affordable. Check out the Chicken fingers . 5 pieces for 11.99 (12.87 % Taxes on food?????) The Ketchup pack is almost the same size....

What can I say? For starters, it took far longer than it should have to get out order, then the chicken was a disappointment. We ordered "spicy" and received bland over crusty chicken with a packet of nondescript hot sauce, so what is this, do it yourself spicy chicken?? And don't even get me started on the horrible music. Ate fast, and couldn't wait to get out of the place.

I love spicy roasted chicken because it’s actually spicy unlike Spicy Wings from Texas Chicken & Ghost Pepper Wings from Popeyes which aren’t spicy at all. I couldn’t order spicy roasted chicken via the app though.
I ordered fried chicken and the child said it was spicy after taking one bite. When I asked the waiter, she said my order was spicy. I was sure that my order was not spicy. She ordered the wrong one and it was too spicy. She kept saying that my order was spicy, child can’t eat spicy food. How could I order spicy food? It only costs a few dollars. on head is camera. Let’s play it and listen.

The manager acts like he is working against his will. You need to keep in mind that you work in the service industry, so learn to smile and say hi. If you don't like a job or customers do something else.
