I recently ordered sushi rolls from Hon Sushi, including Awesome rolls and California rolls, but they weren’t fresh and smelled fishy. Some pieces looked strange. I emailed them about it, but they didn’t reply. As a regular customer, I’m disappointed and feel I need to share this.

The combo meals are worth the dollar. You'll be full and get a variety. Don't expect mind blowing taste though, as I found most of the udon and terriyaki either bland or too salty. The staff was extra friendly to our 20 month old, so that's a big reason why we would return.

This is a very good sushi place. One of the advantages it has for me is that it's open later than the other places so you can actually get sushi after 9:00 p.m. well all the sushi is very good and quite fresh. They have a huge selection of rolls. I highly recommend the grouse mountain roll. I also really liked the tuna tataki

Bc roll was very greasy and not crispy. It was slimy and chewy. California roll was alright but not special enough to offset the bc roll...
Came here for a quick bite while running around. Was easy to get a table since we came before the dinner rush. Got salmon rolls, tuna rolls, negi toro roll, and deep fried California roll. Enjoyed all of them. Good presentation, good service, and nice decor led to a pleasant dining experience. If you like sushi, then the quality here is definitely good enough and it will be easy to enjoy your meal. Will be looking to come again to try some of the other dishes (eg: sashimi, nigiri).Wheelchair accessibility: There’s an elevator to get to the second floor. Didn’t check the bathrooms.

My second time visiting this restaurant yesterday and still consistent with the excellent service. Staff are friendly and polite specially the 2 guys that served us, super polite and friendly. Food is great, big portion for the price, affordable. This restaurant deserves a good review and a generous tip. Keep it up! You are doing a great job Hon Sushi! ?
