A really fine neighborhood pub where the burgers are thick and handmade, service was very decent and the cozy, comfy bar design. Obviously, we'll kept up and established years running. 20oz beers, $7.50,you don't see that anywhere and the selection is quite good. It's a Go There nod from me!

Convenient for many residents

Had a Team lunch at Hop & Vine yesterday, and the seven of us all really enjoyed it. The pizza looked legit and drew favorable comments from the eater, likewise for the burgers and beef dip, and my chicken clubhouse and side salad were great. Nice venue as well, all West Coast cedar. SOLID selection of craft beers, as you'd expect from the name.

Love this spot! We swing by every few months for a late-night treat. They serve up delicious wings, killer nachos, and a great drink selection. Plus, the service is top-notch!

NO EDITS!

It's a pretty standard "Irish" style pub atmosphere. Our server was friendly and prompt, we got beers and a couple appies, i asked about a sour cherry cola beer, and was offered a sample, it was good. We got sticky garlic spare ribs and the prawns.Prawns were greasy, but both dishes tasted amazing. Would order either again. This was my second time here, first experience was similar.Parking: Small strip mall, been lots of parking every time I've driven past

I recently visited this pub and restaurant, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The customer service was abysmal, with a waiter who exhibited rudeness throughout my visit. From the moment I entered, there was an evident lack of courtesy. The waiter, in particular, was dismissive and unhelpful. Requests for assistance or clarification were met with impatience and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

We found this place a few months ago. We have to come to Burnaby every so often (from the Valley) and it's usually during the week around lunch time.First time there we had a meat pizza, it was delicious. Then we were there on a Tuesday, lol found out its $3.50 Taco Tuesdays, we had to try it. Husband had the Prawn ones, he raved about them. I had beef ones which was also very tasty. That was our first time trying the tacos here, well it was so good we try to now go into Burnaby on Tuesdays so we can stop in for Tacos and a beer . Next time we were there the waitress remembered us, asked if we were having Tacos again. Husband had the Prawn ones, I had a Prawn and Beef one. I agree the Prawn is awesome, the beef one I had that time seemed like it was a hamburger patty broken up and seemed overcooked. This didn't deter us, as last Tuesday we went in again. Waitress ( I think her name is Tia got name from bill) recognized us again and said "Tacos and Beer?" Yup all Prawn tacos please; and they were delicious. Enjoyed the Back Country beer too. Seems it gets a good lunch clientele, and Tia is busy attending to them all and her service was cheerful to all from what we saw. We like the venue, parking daytime doesn't seem to be an issue. We will eventually try other menu items but can't make them for $3.50 each and not have to buy, cook and clean afterwards for a few tacos, plus it's a nice change for us to enjoy with a beer.

The Hop n Vine is a fantastic local pub that I absolutely enjoy. I'm a regular here, especially on wing nights, and I must say, their wings are a must-try. The pizza and burgers on their menu are also delicious choices. Of course, it wouldn't be a proper visit without savoring the excellent selection of beers. This place is a favorite for gatherings with friends, making it a must-visit spot in the neighborhood.
