Amazing beef and falafel combo plate. The service was also amazing - you could tell the man behind the counter was just so genuinely happy to be preparing your meal!

I ate my donair so quickly I didn't even take a picture! This is a great place for a quick bite. Or take it to Edmunds park and enjoy!

had their mix meat donair. Super tasty. The meat are very juicy, and the potato in side is definitely a highlight. Also the rice pudding is good, not too sweet. Will come back again when pass by

The miss wanted to try a local Mediterranean/Afghan food place in the area with decent ratings on google maps. Really suprised this place didn't have any reviews on yelp. The Kabuli Palaw lamb was super tender and the meat fell right off the bone, the rice was cooked extremely well, soft and was seasoned well, the carrots and raisins that topped it were a great compliment. Included a Afghan chatni that was sold with it as well, had a zesty lemony flavor with some spice to it that gave more flavor to the lamb as well.Manto definitely reminded me of HK-style dumplings but with a Medi/Afghan twist on the flavoring. Had a suble spice to it that was really flavorful, and the meat wasn't dry either.Would definitely come back just for the Lamb itself and the chatni.〇【Menu Items Ordered & Rating Details】・Kabuli Palaw, $18.95・Manto, $18.95(Ttl: $37.90 CAD (tax excl.))〇【Food/Drinks: 3.5】・Menu with a fair assortment of Afghan specialty dishes and Mediterranean style dishes such as sharwarma(beef, chicken, falafel, or mix), a few rice plates, and some salads.〇【Service: 4.0】・Shop owner and his son was nice and greeted us, the food was freshly made when we placed the order to go, time to serve was roughly 10-15 minutes due to the food being made fresh.〇【Atmosphere: 3.5】・Small family owned shop setup across a small strip of other restaurants, seating table was had roughly 3-4 tables that could seat 2-4 depending on where you are.〇【CP: 3.5】・Would say the specialty dishes were prices somewhat high, but the rest of the dishes they had available were priced similarly to other Mediterranean places in the metro.〇【Misc memo】・NFC payments・Street parking

Had the chicken salad and the chapli kebab. They were ok and I preferred the chapli kebab because it was interesting - kind of like mini beef dim sums. That description doesn’t do it justice. Had a bit of fat in the chicken, but not much. I rate the food that we had as 4/5, but had to take my overall rating down to 3/5 because of the sticky floor in the entire restaurant and the not that clean or well organised restroom, which put me a bit off. With a bit of attention to those things this place could be greatly improved. One suggestion: get rid of the beef “donair” and provide the customers with real beef on a spit like Abdul’s on Kingsway does. There’s a world of difference between the two.

The pictures in the reviews are not what I got which is weird. Small portions, they put garlic sauce on my pilau without asking me. And the salad was a joke. Potatoes were not good at all and tasted like they were sitting all day. Overall never coming back

Great donairs and mixed meat platters! Doesn’t taste greasy or overly sauced. Also a convenient location and friendly owner!

Very tasty, definitely not a “fast food “ as Google map suggests.
