Great place, great coffee selections but average cortado. Too milky for a cortado. The service was exceptional. What I loved here is that when you buy 2 coffee bags, you can get a drip coffee for free!

The coffee was bitter and my almond croissant was dry and burnt. My husband had a ham and cheese croissant but found it lacking both. The workers were friendly.

Fast & friendly service serving good coffee, on the pricier side though.

Nice quiet and super clean location, super friendly staff. Great place to stop by for a coffee and treat if you’re in the area.

I visited the shop and ordered a coffee. I decided to try something different and went with the light roast. However, after taking a sip, I found it tasted quite terrible.I attempted to exchange it for a dark roast but was informed that this goes against policy. I've been a loyal JJ Bean fan, even a super fan, for over a decade . I'm deeply disappointed due to the lack of customer service and the quality of coffee this time. It pains me to say that I'll no longer be a customer.I’m going back to Starbucks. They wouls for sure without hesitation make the order right.

This place is pretty great. The people that work here are lovely, the food is good, with plant based options. And the coffee is the best in the lower mainland.

This location is pretty hidden within this industrial business area. So it may take some trial and error to find it. It's also a pretty small location, but still has the same amazing jj bean coffee and baked goods. Even though it's about a 5-10 minute drive past my work, its worth the extra commute!

Man this place. I started work in the area 3 weeks ago and was shocked that there was a live JJ Bean. Been there 4 times now. The drip coffee is delicious. The oatmeal raisin cookies are huge, chewie and awesome. Today I had a turkey chorizo wrap (out of this WORLD) and an iced coffee (SO MUCH FLAVOR).I love it here. Keep up the awesome work

Prices have gone up, quality has gone down, and now they started charging for the one extra pump of syrup. No more JJ for me.

Love the coffee. Staff is friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: There's no handicapped parking spot but there is a ramp onto the sidewalk and I think the door can open automatically. I'm not sure but there are usually plenty of people coming and going who can help with the door. There are low tables with chairs that move freely.Dietary restrictions: Their peanut butter GF cookie is great.
