I have come here 19 times in the past 4 years for a mix of dim sum and dinner. I even hosted an event here.Food and service are always good. Lots of parking. Price is reasonable.This is pretty much my default restaurant with my family and my recommendation for Chinese restaurant in Burnaby.Thank you for the consistent good food and service.

I am extremely disappointed with the service we received at this establishment, particularly from the front desk staff member, Angela. Despite having a reservation for a specific table, we were bluntly told upon arrival that it was not available, with no attempt made to accommodate our request or offer a suitable alternative.Furthermore, when we inquired about the availability of a private room, Angela mentioned a steep minimum spend of $3000, seemingly to dissuade us. Surprisingly, when we agreed to this amount, she then stated that the room was reservation-only, which we were not previously informed about. It was a clear contradiction and felt like a deliberate attempt to mislead us.Most distressingly, Angela’s attitude came across as discriminatory. She complained that we were hindering their business operations, which was unwarranted and unprofessional. After consulting with her manager, it became apparent that there Is a smaller table available all along and all this fuss could be avoided.This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any service industry. We expected a welcoming and professional environment but were met with rudeness and unwelcoming vibe. We are deeply disappointed and do not recommend this establishment to any new customers.

Came here post Chinese funeral services n casket burial with family and friends attendees. Food was really good especially the deep fried spicy tofu and the Buddha feast dish bc I'm vegan.Servers were attentive and helpful. I asked for rice to eat the deep fried bean curd dish with bc I didn't want to eat without it. I was hungry n everyone else had already been eating several dishes. I don't like to eat without my rice. It took several reminders for me to get the rice for the table delivered so that I could eat. Not their fault bc they couldn't know that I wasn't able to eat the meat dishes that had already arrived that everyone was already digging into. Finally it came n it was all very delicious. However, it came without an insulated rice bucket to keep it warm. IDK if this is typical, but the rice got cold after awhile.This why I gave 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Made it harder to enjoy my food but still good though ?Totally would recommend to others and wouldn't mind coming again bc the deep fried tofu was very good ?
