Came in for the salt caramel smoothie and while I was trying to pay, the machine wouldn’t work. So I decided to be patient and wait. Mind you, there was nobody waiting either. Anyhow, the two ladies there decided to make me wait for a long time to keep trying to pay as they made the drink. And they somehow managed to kinda fix the machine & I tried to pay. I tapped, it beeped & boom! The machine stops working again. They said it didn’t go through (It wasnt clear if it went through or not because the machine just stopped) After all the long wait, they didn’t even offer to just give the drink. I was so shocked at how they treat customer as if they have nothing else to do with that time. Idk any place who would do this!( I respect the value of item, but the drink is either going to the staff’s stomach or thrown away if the payment didn’t go through. They could’ve just given the drink because they made me wait. )I’ve never given a negative comment to any place. But this was such a shock.

It was my birthday, Jugo juice provided the free drink. it was my first time try it. And i don’t know how to use the coupon to redeem my birthday gift. The clerk was very patient and nice to help me. he also recommended me the very nice drink. Love
Alert: they give paper straws which shred in the juice the moment you start drinking. They know this but still use a cheap paper straws.

Used to purchase from this Jugo all the time. The ladies are so sweet and do such a fast job behind the counter.But I stopped visiting after their huge miserable employee got bitter with me repeatedly out-of-nowhere. Over the course of several visits, he’d give me a negative attitude.But it was on my final visit that I stood at the till for five minutes while he slowly put an apron on, deliberately ignoring my presence. He then shunned me and asked the person behind me in line for her order.I don’t know what I did to offend him. I’ve always been polite and tip courteously. Now I’m 100% Booster Juice.
