The lady put entire apples into the juicer, core seeds, stem and all... Including the plastic stickers. Which makes me fully believe their produce isn't washed and checked before they serve it. Will never return.

Rude staff and they were blasting Indian music today like we were at an Indian wedding or something. I’m guessing someone complained and they told them to stop, because 15 minutes later when I was passing by, the music was completely off.

I can totally agree why they have bad reviews. I went today to get my smoothie first time from this location. The girl who was working was so rude and started arguing with me when I asked her not to add ice. She told me that the smoothie with be thin. I asked her to add something else instead of Ice. She told me that I can’t as its in the recipe. I mean more than half of the packet were filled with ice and you are trying to charge almost $10 just for ice!!??? She told me that if you want smoothie with no ice you have to pay extra!!!. My cup was not even full and I asked her to give my money back. She started arguing and told me 'Its Business' I mean are you really trying to ripp off your customers by charging for Ice. Really really bad customer service ? and she had no sense how to talk to customers. I will prefer to go to other location as they customize every time for me.

Dont get the grilled cheese sandwiches. For over 8 dollars you get a lukewarm sandwich with processed plastic cheese. The cheese wasn't even melted.Not worth.

1:31 pm friday apr 1st 2022I called the location, as the location has moved since construction. I asked the rep where in the mall they were at, rep said lougheed mall, i reiterated the question and then she told me by walmart.When I went, I noticed a sign for a rewards program. I saw the QR code and put my phone up to scan the QR code, I didnt say anything to the rep but the rep interrupted me and said "it will take some time" without even knowing what i am trying to do. I assumed that meant that the rewards program was not ready or accepted at this location and moved on without signing up. The rep was very unpleasant, didnt interact much and just took my order, handed me the card machine and left without any acknowledgement. While waiting for my drink, i went to the jugojuice website and saw the rewards program and attempted to sign up. I was able to sign up seamlessly and even offered a digital card to be used immediately . I received my drink and left, however it seemed extremely rude and unfair to me that I was not able to collect any reward points on this expensive drink (large mighty kale) I went back to the rep and demanded to be able to redeem my points. The rep reluctantly said that I am not able to collect points because my purchase had been made. I argued with her that you had told me that it wouldnt work, she reciprocated by saying that not what she meant . Then what did she mean? She interrupted me when I didnt even ask a question and I was simply scanning the QR code. How rude?She then proceeded to "scan" my newly opened rewards card, which i doubt she actually rang up a transaction towards my points.

Every time I go here (love the wraps) customer service is....not sure if they are being rude or they just don't want to be there. They roll their eyes when you ask for anything. Sounds like they are always angry/annoyed when they talk to you. They need to hire new customer service or at least do a refresher on customer service.

The lady who helped me was amazing! I hope she's always there when I go! I'll definitely go to that location all the time if she's there. She was so nice and helpful. I have a strict diet and she was just so nice about everything.
