the food was meh, what can you expect? its kfc. the chicken burger was dry and over battered, the fries were soggy and wet, and the drink tasted weirdly...bitter? the service was disappointing, and the cashier kept on ignoring us while taking our orders because he was on his phone texting his friends ?. see this is why I never go to KFC and give them the benefit of the doubt.

Ordered a popcorn chicken go bucket and slider, got a slider go bucket with extra slider after waiting forever for the 2 girls in the back to finish their conversation.Called to let them know I got the wrong order and they answered the phone only to immediately hang up, then didn't bother to answer the next times I called.Sometimes they are great but today (February 25th 2024 @5:15 pm in the drivethru) the girl taking my order was more focused on chatting it up with the cook that she gave me the wrong order.This KFC location misses way more than it hits

Do not order delivery from KFC. At my ten year old’s request we ordered KFC on Valentine’s night. The order was supposed to arrive ata 6:58pm – but it’s Valentine’s Day, we didn’t get worried about it until 8:30pm. We phoned the 1-866 number provided in the confirmation email and they patched us through to the restaurant fulfilling the order – No answer. At 9pm the delivery tracking just stopped. It was no longer available. Three days of phone calls to the restaurant, the hotline, and a “special” number the hotline gave us have resulted in nothing but being redirected to the restaurant – who does not answer their phone. As of right now KFC has stolen $58.03 from us and has done nothing to resolve the issue.

Probably the worse KFC i have ever been to. Understaff at lunch time.Goes else where unless you have no choice. There is a Church’s chicken 5 mins drive away and if you insist having KFC, the one at the metrotown food court is ok.

Complete disappointment. We went twice at 10:30pm, only to be told that they are already closed. I could understand if this is a restaurant with last orders earlier than the closing time. But this is a fast food place, if it says to be closed by 11pm, I would expect it to be open until 11pm. I am just a hungry person wanting some fried chicken, why is it so hard to get.

Was given two raw chicken sandwiches. I only realized once I got home and ate half. Tried to call the restaurant 3 times and they did not answer. Had to go all the way back to the restaurant to find it empty and the staff chatting among themselves. Heath and safety hazard.
