This restaurant is closed. This is the temporary space for KK Table Tennis club. KK is open from 9-6 on M-W-T-F-S. Drop in fee is $4.00.

I eat here a lot since I work in the area. I got to say their customer service is always good and they keep the spot well kept regularly. Prices are fair and they serve big portions.

Amazing atmosphere, friendly staff, and excellent food. The portions are large and very filling. Appetizers, entrees, and desserts are all loaded with decadent flavors. A great place to bring family and friends ❤

I'm a fan without having eaten at the restaurant, and I shall blame it all on COVID.The other weekend, a friend organized an outdoor get-together where everyone brought their own chairs and dinners. Having a craving for Italian food in the area, La Villetta came up in our search. Italian food, reasonable prices per website, and a short wait time before picking up? All our boxes were checked.Penne Amatriciana (spicy) and Spagetti con Pollo were his and hers choices respectively. Walking into the restaurant, I instantly fell in love with the atmosphere. Even with all COVID-19 restrictions (probably 12 feet between all tables, markings on the floor, all staff wearing masks), it was a beautiful restaurant, akin to stepping off to a European landscape. There was the inner restaurant in itself, and an enclosed faux patio. Had I known the restaurant was open and was that spacious, would have suggested to my friends to move the gathering here! (Maybe next time). The portions were quite generous given take-out sizes, and they included utensils (upon request). I thought my spagetti was quite solid: good noodles, enough chicken and mushrooms, and not slathered in rose sauce. When the boyfriend said I absolutely had to try a penne noodle, because it was the best penne he had tasted, I put aside my reservations for spicy food and tried one. Wow! I have never tasted penne so good...it was the perfect mixture of bouncy and soft noodles. It could have had any sauce on the dish and it wouldn't have mattered: this was the best penne noodle I've had in my life.Next time I go, I am dining in, and taking food pictures to attach to this review.

The service was not bad but the food wasn't that good. I could've done a better job at home.

Our favourite Italian restaurant in the North Burnaby area! Food is always fresh and great customer service. Our server, Carmen is simply the best! Highly recommend!

This place is alright in terms of food. They have good portions and average prices for an Italian place. The decor is typical of an Italian restaurant. They have terra-cotta looking walls and that type of thing. They also have a 40 person party room that can be rented out which is nice.

Not many restaurants like this anymore, in a sea of corporate chains and Asian fusion. It's cozy and family-run; food is excellent. Don't be afraid to order off-menu, ie, fettine, or breaded veal, or penne pesto, etc. They'll make it for you. (I'm Italian, btw...)

So my husband I tried this place out the blue last night when our original plans fell through. Appon arrival, we noticed that it was packed. There was a mix of patrons with in, a few groups of 6, some with 4, but mostly couples. Right off the bat I noticed a few down falls: how loud it was and how packed it was. The area where we sat, I was struggling to hear a word my husband was saying, thats how loud it was. The room was laid out poorly, that staff and patrons could hardly walk free around the room. It felt claustrophobic, almost like we were a tin of sardines. I noticed there was no rhyme to the service. One person taking orders and 3-4 other ppl running orders. This was how dysfunctional things ran, we ordered 2 entrees and amongst the chaos, we ended up with someone elses appy (served by someone other then our server and we at first were charged for it, even though we didn’t eat it). The staff figured out the mistake, but was to late. We got our food. It was nice and hot, however my spaghetti and meatballs was very bland, there was no taste to it, almost like it was missing something. After eating I ended up leaving almost immediately after as the noise level was deafening. Trying to leave was a struggle as well, the tables were so close together, I had to ask my husband to stand up, his chair pushed in and still could barely get by other tables of patrons (this is a fire hazard if I ever saw one). Won’t be back.
