This experience was intense they motor through- but for the price they load you with food so it’s a really good value. I had dinner lunch and dinner again the next day from a 3 item meal .

Expensive food Shit service I challenge anyone to go there and just spend 5 minutes browsing through the food options and see how rude he is.. This guy is rude and disrespectful to customers and the management wont do anything cause he is related to them. This happened at Manchu wok in Metrotown and there are so many complaints but these kinda outlets dont really care about service and hospitality. He was then hiding his face and could not face upto me. Complained to the management but they didnt care

The staff are very rude assigned today January 13 2024 night duty. I ordered 3sides, and 1 noodles, but they gave us only 2 sides.When we asked them for the correction, the cashier rushed us to pay the order and not even bothering to correct the original order. She told me to fall in line again, bec there is a customer after us. The young girl also throw the box of the noodles in front of me. They are also raising their voice like were not a customer. We are treating them nicely and ignoring their attitude but still they are sooo soooo rude!! They will ruin your business. They dont care about customer satisfaction.In the end, will not go back again.

I ordered 3 items which were no beef and when I was eating I found beef piece in it, I showed them they were like we can’t do anything it’s a buffet, I’m religious I can’t eat beef and he refused to understand. Not a good experience, so rude.

As mentioned by previous reviewers. Customer service is terrible at this location.Should any issue be experienced with the food, the cashier will raise his voice and make a scene. Will demand payment or mall security will be called. This was extremely traumatic for my two young children. To add insult to injury they also took the food back and the money.I will be contacting my credit card company for a chargeback as soon as possible. Customer beware!

The staff is very rude. They didn't have change. The cashier was aggressive and raised her voice when asked for it. After the incident, I told her I didn't want the food, so she took my food and the money and didn't return it. I called security, and they said it was a common behaviour. The kids were hungry, and we had to leave before calling the police. Customer service within the mall wasn't helpful either. In the end, we decided to leave it as it was and never come back again. Never again!

What a rip-off !!For about 18 dollar they give you noodles, veggies and fish pieces small enough. Not worth it. They put cheap noodles and veggies than fish. They refuse to increase the quantity of fish when requested. When they did , they hiked the price to almost 18 dollars.Rude staff as well. Spoke their unknown language and cancelled us out.Will write to their Headoffice.

We always buy the noodles and honey chicken garlic at Metrotown food court. But this branch has the worst customer service. The guy in glasses is very rude . He is always rushing the customers. Today I ordered the same food but want to add another chicken so I ask the guy if there’s another chicken that’s not honey garlic. He replied but to my surprise he did not finish my order same with the girl beside him. Both of them ignored me as if I don’t exist .I got my food only after 10+ customers were served. I told the girl cashier what happened. This girl told me to pls understand . What is there to understand?

Found TWO wads of wet paper towels in my noodles. The food also tasted disgusting and bland too. Vegetables were undercooked and the chicken and pork were soggy. Staff was insanely rude and screaming to order faster. Spent over $25 on food that immediately went into the trash. How disappointing.

The food was great but the man taking my order kept yelling “What do you want what do u want?” at me as I was trying to figure out what food they even had. There was a lady infront of me so I couldn’t see the food and he yelled at me to go around her even though she was in front of me in line. Horrible customer service.

My friend asked me to bring takeout food for him, so I needed to take a photo of what the place serves. However, the staff did not allow me to take a photo and didn't provide a reason. I felt really bad about their attitude, especially since I later saw pictures of the food on Google Maps. I don't understand why they told me that.
