The new “initiative” to cut down on single use item doesnt make sense. We have kids playing in PlayPlace, and the station for ketchup upstairs is closed so i have to ditch the kids and go get ketchup and other stuff.And no ketchup when i order fries in the takeout bag…They dont have their process together.

Probably the worst Mcd in the entire Burnaby. The place smells terrible, idk if it’s the location or what but it smells like a public washroom and you can actually feel the same smell in the foods. I got food poisoning twice from the food of this branch. Poor management across the board, if mcd doesn’t make a change to this branch I’d rather mcdelivery from a further branch but at least get smth digestible.

The shop assistants here are always chatting happily with each other, but it's a pity that the customers don't understand their language. When I was ordering, the waiter was very unhappy that I interrupted their happy chat time and missed a meal. Later we went back halfway to remind them of the missing burger. After hearing this, the supervisor did not even apologize. While pressing the garbage in the trash can with his hand, he turned around and asked other clerks to start doing it (without washing their hands).My small burger was carefully prepared by the four of them with their ungloved hands and hand salt, and I instantly felt that this meal was filled with the chanting of a happy soul.You don’t have to eat it, but you must ask your friends to try it.

Worst McDonald ever. Staffs don’t greet, they don’t have to. We have to ask staffs for napkins , straws, ketchup. Second floor is dirty, smells.
This was a fairly small McDonald's. It was quite busy, even at 22:30 at night. There were literally 11 seats in the dining room, all of which were occupied, so I had to eat standing up. (The upstairs dining area was closed, so I don't know how many more seats there really were.) At least the service was fast, and my Big Mac tasted good. The fries just came out of the fryer so they were hot and crispy.

What a disappointment. I guess a sign of the times we live in. I had pancakes and bacon this morning. Sadly, the orange juice was the best part of this "meal". The bacon was a strip and a half and the pancakes were cold and hardly eatable. Going to stick to Timmy's I guess.
