I was craving menchies and the one we normally went to had closed during the pandemic. Came here, and got yoghurt and toping's relatively easily. The machines were rough but alright.Worker, I'm assuming owner, was unprofessional but not rude. He left the building at one point and people came in to purchase but he was not there. came back a few minutes later.But my biggest issue was how absolutely disgusting this place was, which I only noticed after sitting down to eat.Floors had at least several days worth of grime, visibly dirty. My daughter needed to use the washroom, I walked her in and turned around and walked out. The toilet was deep yellow and sides were scungy like they hadn't seen a wash in weeks.I don't think I'll be going back purely on cleanliness reasons.

This is the dirtiest Menchies I've ever seen. The floor is filthy. Everything is sticky. There's melted fro yo everywhere. The bathroom looks like it's straight out of the movie SAW. The toppings are a mess. I think the health board needs to do a walk thru on this place. 2 stars because they did have decent flavour selections.

Old guy at the counter was all smiles until we showed a birthday coupon for $5 off. Told us we had to “push hard” on the yogurt machines and was trying to watch creepily over my wife’s shoulder while the machine was clearly working fine. Put our number in wrong and was grumbling when it didn’t work. Super rude and unprofessional - wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t back. Probably part of why so many of these franchises are dying off.

Waited for ever for workers/owners to come to the desk from the back. They literally disappeared. When we sat down guy started playing YouTube shorts as loud as possible. Place is sloppy and gross. Those owners should move on. And freeze the ingredients, might work better.

I went to this menchies and I check online when it was open it said it was open at 12:00pm .I went and it was locked and someone was inside just looking at me when it was already 12:41.

The worst guy and service. The man in the front don’t have way to speak to a customer. He shouts like he is boss. This is not the way to speak to a customer. Worst customer experience.The old guy shouts loud and wondering how can he be in front as a customer service when he don’t have way to talk with customers. Seen many bad reviews here but wondering how come he is still working there. Bad environment
The manager at this location has the worst customer service, horrible attitude and definitely won't be coming here again. If only 0 star rating was a possibility.

Went to the menchies in Burnaby, the frozen yogurt is great and the store is clean and well decorated. Although I find the service is slow, when I arrived there was no employee in view till I had filled up my bowl and waited at the counter patiently for a cashier to arrive. If your in the area go check it out otherwise there is nothing to special about this menchies.

Took my son here. 3 machines didn't work properly. I asked the elderly woman for help, and she couldn't get machines working. Others worked fine . Her husband's video was so loud in a different language . Staff are friendly, just not for staying to eat

It was so filthy, and dirty, and unsanitary when I walked in. Messy , grease and dust on everything.About 6-8 customers were in the front waiting, and no employee came out or was visible in the shop for a good 8 minutes, so we left.Upon leaving we looked through the window for a couple more minutes and still no workers were to be seen.
