My daughter and I enjoyed the food, but I was shocked when I asked to pack up our leftovers and was rejected. I was told that their customers would be fined if they had too much leftovers. As a way to show their 'kindness', they said they would only charge me an extra $10 if I wanted to pack up our leftovers and take it away! I was unhappy but still paid the $10 and even tipped. But I was so mad at myself when I realized what was really going on: it was our first time dining there and nobody ever showed us their house rules when we ordered; and most importantly, how come they had the right to fine their customers?! I understand it's to prevent from wasting food, but you can kindly advise customers not to order too much in the first place!

Had to post a comment here to warn anyone who expects skewers/hotpots from this place.Food - The two of us both had their hotpot and had major stomach issue UNTIL THE NEXT MORNING...Not to mention we waited 45 minutes for our hotpot which does not come with any skewer or stove underneath the pot to keep it warm.The so-called all you can eat hotpot was just throwing DISGUSTINGLY SMALL PORTION ingredients (imagine you're getting scraps of leftover meat, one leaf of cabbage cut into 5 pieces or 1 fish tofu cut into 4 small pieces..) into the existing 'pot' that has lost its flavour and warmth without a cooking stove. It was also a one-person size pot for sharing (looks even funnier at the 4-person table next to us)We also heard from the 4-person table requesting for a free dessert from the menu which stated it as complimentary service if customers are able to finish the food without leftovers. Guess what...the server served only 1 dessert mentioning this policy is limited to 1 serving per table despite the party size. For such a low quality meal that averages 30CAD per person, this move is perfect for never seeing your customers again.Service - Despite there were only 3 tables seated, the servers still managed to mix up the orders...We had to re-order the pot after waiting 45 mins for a completely different pot...Not to mention we had to ask EVERY TIME for water and utensils even when the server clearly saw there was nothing on the table whilst she was serving the pot. Plastic takeaway bowls and paper cups were served whilst other tables had proper glasses...Environment - The place came with sticky and trashed floor which is not welcoming...I truly regret staying at the restaurant given the high hopes we had seeing its high rating on google maps.
