Although we appreciated the quality of the bowl we ordered, unfortunately, the quesadilla did not meet our expectations as it was falling apart. Despite these minor issues, our overall experience was satisfactory.

I don’t know how a place with high turnover can serve uncooked rice, but they do. When addressed, they didn’t try it, but instead defaulted to ‘we haven’t had any complaints’. Regardless, the staff are powerless to correct a situation like this, so you need to get a call from The Manager.Ultimately, save yourself some time and avoid Mucho Burrito. If they aren’t paying attention to the quality of the rice, I can only imagine the other areas of neglect.The staff seem nice, for what it’s worth.

(First and hopefully last restaurant review ever) I don’t usually complain let alone make a public post about something but this is gross and outrageous! Ordered on Skip The Dishes first thing in the morning, was new to the area so I was excited to try something different from usual, also was no room for excuses as I was suffering from a hangover and needed food first thing in the morning . Let me stress I’m not complaining about portions, although I asked for extra protein and it ended up being 85% freezer, completely terrible chicken that was no better than freezer chicken sticks with the breading pealed off, and hard, uncooked rice, completely hard pieces that you think is your teeth breaking when you bite into. The corn feels like you’re biting into a string of fabric, the beans were completely dry and close to the texture of your corn, like biting into a piece of dry fabric, but the beans were so dry it crumbles in your mouth lol ( at least 20% of them) I seen the person replying to the reviews to reach out so you guys “can make this right” but after ordering from a place right after opening and receiving which seemed to taste and for the benefit of the doubt was “fresh” that was pathetic. Crunchy rice and leather corn first thing in the morning lol. I’m not sure if this is a small restaurant but if it is I would genuinely recommend not feeding your customers less than bad quality food. Again I have never made a complaint like this before but that was abismal!

Not so good of an experience!!We placed an order online which has pick up time as 8:37pm and we came to the store at 8:35pm and they literally started prepping our order around 8:43pm and gave our order after 8:50pm.Like it’s ridiculous!! There were not a single customer when we got there (all of the 4 or 5 reps were just standing at the front taking) and when I asked them about our order as its past our pickup time, at least 5 customers walked in and every single one of them were helped before us. There was even a guy who placed an online order who came in immediately after us who received his order right as he walked to the counter so there was no reason why we didn’t get ours right away.Like this was a really terrible experience and don’t get me started on their poor customer service.In total, this place is a total disaster and they obviously don’t care.

Arsh and his team catered for our conference lunch this past weekend and it was amazing!!! It was a large group to feed and they did not flinch!!! And not only was the food delicious but they were fast, courteous, and so much fun to work with!!! 10/10 would recommend!!!

Travelled from Vancouver purposely to come and eat at Mucho burrito. Customer Service was absolutely zero. The girls behind the counter were so rude. I ordered chips and salsa on the side. The chips that were given to me were the ones that have been sitting on the counter, not warm whatsoever.Ingredients going into the burritos are not even full portions of the measurement utensils there to be using. Overall not pleasant staff. None of them smiling.

This place is essentially an upgraded Chipotle. More options for toppings - yet they will charge you extra for more than two. I am a big fan of the carnitas - super juicy and tender. Their burritos are also massive.
Really good service and food. Their staff is really good as well. Their 10$ is a value for money ( it’s a temporary combo for sometime).

I added corns in most of my tacos,and almost half of these corns were burnt, black and hard like rocks. You guys need to pay way more attention to these corns, as well as other food items that you put in the tacos, since these burnt corns tasted very bad.
